집단미술치료프로그램이 저소득층 아동의 부모자녀 의사소통에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료 프로그램이 저소득층 아동의 부모자녀 의사소통에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 B시에 위치한 세 곳의 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동들 중 사회복지사의 추천과 부모 동 의를 받은 초등학교 저학년 1∼3학년 학생으로 하였으며, 실험집단 및 2개의 비교집단에 아동을 각 11명씩 배 정하였다. 그리고 주 1회, 매회기 60분, 총 20회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 측정도구는 부-의사소통척도, 모-의 사소통척도에 의해 측정된 사전, 사후점수를 비교？분석하고, 각 회기별로 행동변화를 관찰하였으며, 그 결과에 대한 통계분석 자료는 사전, 사후 t검정을 실시하였고, 3개 집단에 따라 부모와 자녀 사이의 의사소통에 차이가 있는지를 검정하고자 다변량분산분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 집단미술치료를 실시한 아동의 의사소통이 실시하지 않은 두 집단 아동들에 비해 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 회기별 변화를 볼 때, 집단원 사이에 상 호 신뢰감이 형성되었고 적절한 의사소통, 자기개방으로 미래에 대한 긍정적인 생각이 많아졌다고 하였다. 따 라서 집단미술치료프로그램이 저소득층 아동의 부모자녀 간 의사소통 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of a group art therapy program parent-child communication in low-income children. The subjects were assigned 11 elementary school children between first third grade for an experimental group and two comparison groups. The children were from three regional children's centers in city B. They were recommended by a social worker, and their parents agreed. The 20 sessions were conducted once a week for 60 minutes. The measurement method of this study compared the scores before and after the session. They were measured by the measured father-communication indicator, mother-communication indicator, and the observation of behavioral changes in each session. The statistics were analyzed based on the result the t-tests done before and after the session. A multi-variate analysis of variance was conducted to test for differences in parent-child communication in the three groups. First, there was a significant difference between the two comparison groups, one which didnot conduct a group art therapy and one that did. Second, when you view a comprehensive qualitative changes, mutual trust formed between groups, and they think more positively about their future through adequate communication and self-open-mindedness.
