한국의 노인미술치료에 관한 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2000년부터 2007년 상반기까지 한국에서 발표된 석, 박사 학위논문과 학술지 중 노인미술 치료에 관한 총 71편의 연구물들에 대한 연구 실태와 연구동향을 분석한 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발표연도 및 자료의 유형에 따른 연구동향을 살펴본 결과 2003년까지 석․박사학위논문 및 학회지 논문의 총 수가 20편이었던 것에 비해, 2004년부터는 51편으로 크게 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구 대상별 연구동향을 분석한 결과 의학적 진단을 받은 대상을 연구한 논문이 가장 많았으며, 의학적 질병 유형에서는 치매를 대상으로 한 연구 논문이 가장 많았다. 연구대상의 성에 있어서는 혼성을 대상으로 한 연구 논문이 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구 방법별 연구동향을 분석한 결과 통합적 연구를 한 논문이 가장 많았으며, 추후검사 실시여부에서는 실시하지 않은 논문이 전체 91.6%로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 내용별 연구동향을 분석한 결과 연구주제에 있어 정서영역에 관한 연구논문이 가장 많았으며, 연구형태에서는 집단을 대상으로 한 논문이 가장 많았다. 연구 프로그램 진행자의 전공분야에서는 미술치료가 가장 많았으며, 주 치료 장소에서는 노인생활시설이 가장 많았다. 총 치료회기에서는 24회기를 실시한 논문, 회기별 치료기간은 50분을 실시한 연구 논문, 주당 치료 횟수는 1회기를 실시한 연구논문이 가장 많았다.

영문 초록

This study purports to analyze the research trends and conditions with a total of 71 treatises on the elderly art therapy of Korea published in academic journals or Master\'s and Doctor\'s theses. For data analysis, SPSS WIN 12.0 was adopted to give measures of Frequency and Percentage. The results of the study are as follows. First, regarding the publication year and data types, there have been a total of 20 treatises up to the year 2004 and a total of 51 treatises from the year 2004 on. Out of total 71 theses, 58 are published as Master\'s or Doctorate theses and 13 for academic journals. Second, as to the study subjects, more treatises are written about medically diagnosed patients than others. As to the types of diseases to be studied, dementia is the most popular. About the gender of study subjects, a group of mixed genders is chosen mostly. Third, regarding the study methods, most popular are integrated studies as for the study type, pretest and posttest for experiment-control group as for the study design, and no follow-up study as for the choice of verification method. Fourth, regarding contents of the treatises, emotional categories as study subject, group therapy as study form, art therapists as program facilitator, and facilities for the elderly as therapy place are most popular. About the number of sessions, most studies consists of a total of 24 sessions, once a week, each session lasting 50 minutes. Key Words : Korea, Elder Art Therapy, Research Trends
