우울성향이 있는 부-자가정 아버지의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 콜라주 미술치료 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 우울성향이 있는 부-자가정 아버지의 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위해 콜라주 미술치료프로그램을 실시하여 그 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 40대 후반의 남성으로 2007년 7월부터 10월까지 주 1회씩 12회기를 구조화와 비구조화를 병행한 프로그램으로 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콜라주 미술치료프로그램이 우울성향이 있는 부-자가정 아버지에게 효과적이었다. 즉, 내담자의 활동과정에 따른 변화를 관찰하고 사전·사후에 MMPI검사, 행동관찰을 한 결과 내담자의 우울성향을 완화시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 콜라주 미술치료프로그램이 부-자가정 아버지의 자아존중감에 효과가 있었다. 상담회기별 활동과정에 따른 변화를 관찰하고 사전·사후에 자아존중감 척도를 실시한 결과 내담자의 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 우울성향이 있는 부-자가정 아버지의 자아존중감을 향상시키기위한 치료접근 시 콜라주 미술치료의 효과성에 대한 실증적 자료를 제공해 준다. 즉 콜라주 미술치료프로그램이 부자가정 아버지의 내면을 표현하고 작품의 상징적 의미에 대해 의사소통함으로써 심리적 갈등이나 억압된 정서를 표출해주고 그로인해 우울성향 및 자아존중감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This research is based on Collage Art Therapy Program. It looked through the relationship between single father and a son family and how it affect to the father\'s depressive tendency and self-esteem. It has been researched since 2007, July 10th, based on male age of their late fourtys. Program was given once a week of 12sessions in both structural and un structural progress. Research result as follow,the first survey, the Collage Art Therapy Program has shown that the treatment does decrees the depressive tendency level of the father. This result has given After observing the client\'s action and MMPI test before and after the therapy program. The second survey was on the father\'s self-esteem after the Collage Art Therapy Program and after the program the father\'s self-esteem does increased. This research includes the father\'s motion behavior in every session and self-esteem graph-measure before and after the program and both of these two effect to increasing the self-esteem. In conclusion, this research demonstrate furnished the fact that the Collage Art Therapy Program help the depressive tendency and low self-esteem in single father-son families. Therefore, the Collage Art Therapy Program gives positive effect to the only-male-family\'s father on their self-esteem and depressive tendency by communicating the characteristics and the meaning of art work which it would let them express their philological repressing and difficulties.
