통합예술치료가 인터넷중독 고교생의 인터넷 사용조절과 자기통제에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구 목적은 통합예술치료가 인터넷중독 고교생의 인터넷 사용조절과 자기통제에 효과가 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울 소재 고등학교 학생들 중 한국형 인터넷중독 자가진단검사(K-척도)에 따른 고위험 및 잠재적 위험 사용자군 22명이 실험집단과 통제집단으로 참여하였다. 통합예술치료 실시 후 정성분석과 정량분석을 통해 결과를 검증하였다. 정량분석에서 실험집단은 한국형 인터넷중독 자가진단척도, 자기통제척도에 긍정적으로 유의미한 변화를 보였으며, 통제집단은 유의미한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 정성적 분석 결과, 실험집단은 초기에 비활동적이며 의욕이 없었으나 점차 정서적, 사회적 태도 및 자기통제에 긍정적 변화를 보였으며, 프로그램 평가 설문조사와 간담회에서도 통합예술치료에 만족하였다. 또한 상담교사 인터뷰에서 통합예술치료 현장적용의 적절성과 필요성을 재확인하였다. 이에 통합예술치료가 고교생의 인터넷 과다사용 및 중독문제를 해결하는데 효과적 접근 방식임을 밝힐 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated effects of integrative arts therapy on Internet use control and self-control of high school students who were at risk of Internet addiction. 22 students included in a high-risk and potential risk user group of a high school in Seoul were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group. As the result of quantitative analysis, the experimental group showed the positive significant change all in the K-scale, self-control scale. The control group didn\'t show the significant change. As the result of qualitative analysis, the experimental group was inactivated and had no will at the beginning, but their emotional and social attitude and self-control were improved as time went. Also, as the result of analyzing the program evaluation survey and discussion, students generally showed satisfaction on integrative arts therapy. An interview with a counseling teacher re-confirmed appropriateness and necessity of the integrative arts therapy program\'s field application. Accordingly, it could be clarified that integrative arts therapy was an effective approach to positively solve the problems caused by high school student\'s excessive Internet use.
