영문 초록

To investigate the role of dopaminergic receptors in behavioral responses of mice, the effects of the selective Dpand Dragonists and autagonists on the ambulatory activity and stereotypy were observed. 1) SKF 38393，Dj-receptor agonist did not affect the mice behaviors. 2) Bromocriptine (BRC), Drreceptor agonist produced a biphasic effect * a low dose(3mg/kg) of BRC decreased the behavioral responses, while a high dose(lOmg/kg) caused an initial depression followed by sustained excitation of the behaviors. The secondary excitation was prominantly inhibited by sulpiride. 3) 1-PODA did not affect the ambulation but significantly depressed the stereotypy. However, the mice behaviors were rather markedly suppressed by pretreatment with sulpiride or SCH 23390. 4) Apomorphine, nonspecific agonist, did not exert any effect on the mice behaviors. It is suggested that D 2 receptors play an important role in ambulation and stereotypy of mice, and the Drreceptor-mediated functions may be indirectly modulated by Di receptors, which may be permissible role.
