국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 직업상담사의 커리어코칭역량을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 먼저 문헌고찰, 전문가패널 내용타당도 조사, 예비조사 등을 실시하여 커리어코칭역량의 개념, 구성요인, 하위요소, 그리고 예비측정문항의 적설성을 검증하였다. 이후 541명의 직업상담사를 대상으로 본조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터는 무선으로 반분하여 270명의 데이터는 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)에, 나머지 271명의 데이터는 확인적 요인분석(CFA)에 사용하여 측정도구의 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업상담사 커리어코칭역량 측정도구는 네 개 구성요인과 16개의 하위요소, 총 71개 문항으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 이 도구는 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 교차타당도, 준거타당도 역시 확보되어 타당하고 신뢰할 수 있는 도구임이 검증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate an instrument to measure career coaching competencies of vocational counselors. This study defined the concept of vocational counselor career coaching competence through a literature review and derived four components and 16 sub-components. Next, 71 items were developed after validating the content validity of the concept and components of vocational counselor career coaching competencies through a panel of 15 experts. Finally, a preliminary survey of 35 vocational counselors who provide career counseling to college-aged adults was conducted to confirm the appropriateness of the initial questions, and after analyzing the questions, a main survey was conducted with 541 career counselors. The collected data were randomly divided in half, and the data of 270 people were used for exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and the data of the remaining 271 people were used for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to verify the validity of the measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows. First, the instrument consists of four components and 16 sub-components, totaling 71 items. Second, the instrument was validated as a valid and reliable instrument with convergent validity, discriminant validity, cross validity, and inter-rater validity. This test is expected to contribute to improving the professionalism of vocational counselors and improving the quality of career counseling.
