중국 내 한국어 전공 학생들의 전공 만족도, 취업 스트레스, 진로 선택 몰입, 취업 장벽 간의 관계 연구

국문 초록

한국과 중국의 경제 및 문화적 협력이 꾸준히 강화되고 교류가 활발해지면서, 중국 내 한국어 학습 열풍도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이런 배경에서 본 연구는 중국 내 한국어 전공 대학생을 연구대상으로 전공 만족도가 진로 선택 몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명한다. 이 과정에서 취업 스트레스의 매개 효과와 취업 장벽의 조절 효과를 분석하고 교환학생 경험 여부에 따른 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 교환학생 경험 유무와 관계없이 전공 만족도는 취업 스트레스에 부정적(-) 영향을, 진로 선택 몰입에는 긍정적(+) 영향을 미쳤으며, 취업 스트레스는 진로 선택 몰입에 부정적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교환학생 경험이 있는 집단에서 전반적으로 이런 영향을 더 강하게 나타났고, 부정적 효과는 약하게 확인되었다. 또한, 취업 장벽의 조절 효과는 두 집단 모두에서 유의미하게 나타났으며, 취업 장벽이 높은 집단에서 그 효과가 더욱 두드러졌다. 특히, 교환학생 경험이 있는 집단에서는 취업 장벽의 부정적 효과가 경험이 없는 집단보다 약하게 나타났으며, 전공 만족도와 진로 선택 몰입 간 관계에서 취업 스트레스는 부분 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구를 통해 한국어 전공 대학생들의 취업 스트레스 관리와 진로 선택 몰입을 높이기 위한 실질적인 대책을 마련하고, 더 나아가 교육기관에서 학생들을 위한 맞춤형 지원책을 제시할 수 있는 중요한 실증자료를 제공하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

영문 초록

With the steady strengthening of economic and cultural cooperation between South Korea and China, interest in learning the Korean language in China has continued to grow. Against this backdrop, this study examines the impact of major satisfaction on career decision-making commitment among Chinese university students majoring in Korean. Specifically, it analyzes the mediating effect of job-seeking stress and the moderating effect of perceived employment barriers, while also comparing differences based on participation in exchange programs. The results indicate that regardless of exchange program experience, major satisfaction negatively influenced job-seeking stress and positively affected career decision-making commitment. Additionally, job-seeking stress was found to have a negative impact on career decision-making commitment. Notably, students with exchange program experience exhibited stronger positive effects and weaker negative effects compared to those without such experience. Furthermore, the moderating effect of perceived employment barriers was significant in both groups, with its impact being more pronounced among students with higher employment barriers. In particular, among students with exchange experience, the negative effects of employment barriers were relatively weaker than in the group without such experience. Moreover, job-seeking stress was found to partially mediate the relationship between major satisfaction and career decision-making commitment. This study contributes to the development of practical strategies for managing job-seeking stress and enhancing career decision-making commitment among Korean language majors. Additionally, it provides valuable empirical data to support educational institutions in designing tailored support measures that better address the needs of students.
