국문 초록
During the Anti-Japanese War, Huaibei Anti-Japanese Base Area set up Huaibei Middle School in order to absorb a large number of local youths to train local cadres. Taking the ideological and political education practice of Huaibei Middle School as a mirror, we summarise its inspiration for today's ideological and political education. In order to meet the needs of the revolutionary situation and work, Huaibei Middle School integrates ideological and political education into school teaching, extracurricular activities, and out-of-school practices. Huaibei Middle School pays attention to ideological and political education in setting teaching objectives, designing teaching contents, and applying teaching methods; in extracurricular activities, ideological and political education is integrated into cultural and sports activities, student management, and the construction of party organisations; and in out-of-school practices, students are organised to carry out mass propaganda and education, collecting national salvation rations, and production and labour to cultivate ideological and political literacy. Reviewing and summing up the experience of ideological and political education in Huaibei Middle School, the main thing is to give full play to the traditional advantages of ideological and political education, to use the educational method of combining theory and practice, and to insist on the unity of explicit and implicit education.
영문 초록
在抗日战争时期，淮北抗日根据地为了大量吸收本地青年培养地方干部成立淮北中学。以淮北中学的思想政治教育实践为镜鉴，总结其对当今思想政治教育的启示。淮北中学为适应革命形势和革命工作的需要，将思想政治教育贯穿于学校教学、课外活动、校外实践的始终。淮北中学在设定教学目标、设计教学内容、运用教学方法上注重思想政治教育；在课外活动时将思想政治教育寓于文体活动、学生管理和党组织建设中；在校外实践组织学生开展群众性宣传教育、征收救国公粮和生产劳动等活动培养思想政治素养。回顾和总结淮北中学思想政治教育的经验，主要是发挥思想政治教育传统优势，运用理论与实践相结合的教育方法，坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一。
