국문 초록

Student work is an important part of higher education management. In the context of the new era, combining the information management model to make good use of the student work management system, make full use of it, and refine it, is of great significance for improving the quality, efficiency, and high-quality development of higher education student work. At present, many universities' student work management systems are still at the stage of simply recording students' basic information. This article elaborates in detail on the functional optimization design of the student work management system by analyzing the necessity of optimizing the management of student information systems and the increasingly changing practical needs of student work.

영문 초록

学生工作是高校教育管理的重要环节，在新时期背景下，结合信息化管理模式将学生工作管理系统用好、用透，用精，对于高校学生工作提质增效和高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。目前，不少高校的学生工作管理系统仍停留在简单记录学生基本信息的阶段，本文通过分析学生信息化系统管理优化的必要性和学生工作日益变化的现实需求对学生工作管理系统的功能优化设计进行了详细的阐述。
