국문 초록

콜드체인은 신선식품 서비스이용자의 만족도를 높이기 위한 중요한 요인이며 이용자 중심의 식품 운송을 통한 물류산업에서 서비스이용자의 필요성을 중심하는 콜드체인 신선식품 운송서비스의 선진화가 필요하다. 국내에서 확대되고 있는 식품 시장에서 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기반을 마련하기 위해서는 국내 식품 콜드체인 운송 서비스 품질의 분석을 통해 이를 개선하는 방향으로 나아가는 것이 중요하며 최근 콜드체인 신선식품 운송 서비스를 경험한 국내 서비스이용자를 대상으로 한 분석연구의 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 콜드체인 신선식품 운송 서비스의 품질(신뢰성, 공감성, 편리성, 안전성, 경제성)이 서비스이용자의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향과 사용 빈도에 따른 조절효과를 검증하고자 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과로 콜드체인 신선식품 운송 서비스의 지속 사용에 가장 큰 주 효과를 미친 서비스 품질요인은 신뢰성이며 신뢰성 다음으로 지속사용의도에 큰 영향을 주는 공감성으로 콜드체인 신선식품 운송 서비스에서 중요한 서비스 품질임을 확인하였다. 다음으로 경제성은 지속사용에 유의미한 영향을 미치나 중요도는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났으며 마지막으로, 편의성의 경우 사용빈도가 높은 서비스이용자에게 중요한 효과로 나타났는데 이는 사용빈도가 낮은 서비스이용자의 경우 편의성보다 신뢰성, 공감성, 경제성이 중요하나 자주 이용할수록 편의성이 중요함을 제시한다.

영문 초록

Cold chain is an important issue to increase the satisfaction of service users, and it is necessary to advance the cold chain fresh food transportation service centered on consumer needs in the era of user-centered food business. In order to lay the foundation for strengthening competitiveness in the expanding food market in Korea, it is important to move toward improving it through analysis of the quality of domestic food cold chain transportation services, and there is a need for an analysis study of domestic service users who have recently experienced the cold chain fresh food transportation service. This study conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to verify the effect of the quality of cold chain fresh food transport service on the service user's intention to continue using it and the moderating effect according to the frequency of use. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the service quality factor that had the greatest effect on the continuous use of the cold chain fresh food transport service was reliability and empathy that had a great influence on the continuous use intention after reliability, which was an important service quality in the cold chain fresh food transport service. Next, economic feasibility had a significant effect on continuous use, but its importance was relatively low, and finally, in the case of convenience, it was found to be an important effect for service users with high frequency of use. This suggests that reliability, empathy, and economy are more important than convenience for service users with low frequency of use, but convenience is more important as they use it more often.
