미적 체험의 본질 구조에 관한 현상학적 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 연구자의 다섯 해 동안 수행된 미적 체험을 현상학적으로 분석하여미적 체험의 본질 구조를 탐색하고자 한다. 여기서 본질 구조는 연구자의 경험적인상황에서 드러난 미적 체험의 구조를 해명하는 성격이다. 연구자는 소쇄원, 익산미륵사지 석탑, 공산성, 사비 백제의 흔적 등 개별적 미적 체험을 토대로 질적 자료를2차 코딩하였다. 그 결과 현상학적 글쓰기를 통해 미적 체험의 본질 구조를 다섯가지 범주로 드러내었다. 나아가 ‘미적 태도로의 환원’, ‘감성적 미적 체험의 가치성’, ‘미적 체험의 메타프락시스적 성격’ 의 미술교육적 논의를 하였다. 미술과 미적 체험은학생들에게 새로운 차원의 인식과 발견, 생각지 못한 희열과 몰입의 감동을 마주케하고, 성찰의 단계까지 이끈다. 그러므로 미술과 교육과정은 메타프락시스로서 학생들의 삶 가까이에서 미적 체험을 지속하도록 격려해야 한다.

영문 초록

This study is an inquiry into the essential structure of aesthetic experience through a phenomenological analysis of the researcher's aesthetic experiences over five years. In this context, the essential structure is the nature of elucidating the structure of aesthetic experience as revealed in the researcher's empirical situation. The researcher secondarily coded the qualitative data based on each of aesthetic experience, including Soswaewon, Stone Pagoda in Mireuksa Temple Site, Iksan, Gongsanseong, and the traces of Sabi Baekje. Through a phenomenological writing process, the researcher revealed the essential structure of aesthetic experiences in five categories. Moreover, the art education discussions of ‘reduction to aesthetic attitude’, ‘value of emotional aesthetic experience’, and ‘metapraxis character of aesthetic experience’ were discussed. In art education, aesthetic experiences lead students to new levels of awareness and discovery, to encounter unexpected feelings of joy and immersion, and to a stage of reflection. As a metapraxis, the art curriculum should promote students' aesthetic experiences in their daily lives.
