일본어 격조사 ‘から’와 대응하는 한국어 조사(助詞) 연구 - ‘부터/에서/으로’를 중심으로

국문 초록

한국어 ‘부터/에서/으로’와 대응하는 일본어 격조사 ‘から’는 그 분포가 다양하다. 일본어는 ‘기점’을 표현할 때 모두 ‘から’를 사용하지만, 한국어는 ‘부터/에서/으로’로 나누어 표현한다. 이로 인해 일본어권 학습자의 대치와 오류가 자주 발생하는바 본고에서는 이를 시간, 공간, 작용의 용법으로 나누어 일본어와의 의미 구별 및 대응 양상을 살펴보았다. 우선, 시간의 기점 용법 ‘부터’는 [출발 기점]과 [늦고 빠른 정도], [기원/본모습], [순서], [비교/대조]로 의미가 구분되며, 일본어 ‘から’로만 대응한다. 둘째, 공간의 기점 용법 ‘에서’는 [출발 기점], [처소/장소], [근거], [대상]으로 구분되며, ‘から’ 외에 ‘で’, ‘に’로 치환되는 경우가 있다. 셋째, 작용의 기점 용법 ‘으로’는 [경유], [재료/원료], [판단], [이유/원인]으로 구분되며, ‘から’ 외에 ‘で’로 치환되는 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 한일 양국의 ‘기점’ 표현 비교를 통해 일본어권 학습자의 모국어 간섭을 이해하고 오류 방지를 위한 교육적 토대를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

There are various distributions of the Japanese case particle ‘から(kara)’ that is corresponding to the Korean word ‘부터/에서/으로(buteo/es∂/euro)’. In Japanese, ‘から’ is used for all expressions of a ‘starting point’, but in Korean, it is divided into ‘부터/에서/으로’. For this reason, confrontations and errors among Japanese learners of Korean frequently occur. Therefore, in this paper, the meaning of ‘부터/에서/으로’ was distinguished by the use of time, space and action, and the corresponding pattern with Japanese was examined. First of all, the starting point of time ‘부터’ is divided into five meanings: [the starting point], [the degree to which something is late and fast], [origin, original form], [order], and [compare/contrast], and only respond with the Japanese word ‘から’. Second, the starting point of space ‘에서’ is divided into four meanings: [the starting point], [location/place], [basis], and [target], and there are cases where ‘から’ is replaced with ‘で’ and ‘に’. Third, the starting point of action ‘으로’ is also divided into four meanings: [passing through], [material/base material], [decision], and [reason/cause], and there are cases where ‘から’ is replaced with ‘で’. This study is meaningful in that it understood the interference of Japanese-speaking learners in their native language and laid an educational foundation to prevent errors through comparison of the ‘starting point’ expressions of both Korea and Japan.
