국문 초록

긍정 창의성이란 개인을 포함하여 모든 이해 당사자와 관련 분야, 그리고 세상에 선한 영향력을 미치고, 공공선에 도움이 될 수 있는 새롭고 유용한 아이디어 혹은 산물이다. 인간의 창의성이 부정적 혹은 악의적으로 활용됨에도 불구하고, 지금까지 긍정 창의성에 대한 연구와 교육은 부족한 편이다. 이제 학교에서는 그간 학생들의 창의성 신장에 주력했던 창의성 교육에서 학생들이 창의성을 개인적 성장과 세상에 도움이 되는 방향으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 긍정 창의성 교육으로 전환되어야 한다. 긍정 창의성 교육에서는 학생들이 긍정 창의성에 대한 지식, 기술과 태도를 습득하도록 도와주어야 한다. 이를 위해서 교사는 토론, 사례 분석, 봉사학습 교수법, 프로젝트 학습, 문제중심학습 등을 활용할 수 있다. 긍정 창의성 교육이 활성화되기 위해서는 긍정 창의성과 관련된 심리적 특성 및 환경에 관한 연구와 긍정 창의성 측정 도구, 그리고 교수-학습 모형이나 프로그램의 효과를 검증할 수 있는 실증적 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Positive creativity is a novel idea or product that has the potential for positive influences on individuals, related fields, and the broader world. As such, it is wholly beneficial for the common good. Human creativity has the potential to be used in malicious or detrimental ways. However, research on positive creativity is severely insufficient. Additionally, while schools have often focused on education that fosters students' creativity, they should shift to a curriculum that utilizes positive creativity for personal growth and the benefit of the world. Positive creativity education should equip students with knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding the curriculum about this topic. To this end, teachers can utilize discussions, case analysis, and project and problem-based learning. In order for positive creativity education to become active, research on the psychological characteristics and environment related to positive creativity, positive creativity measurement tools, and empirical research that can verify the effectiveness of learning-instruction models or programs are needed.
