국문 초록

본 연구는 학문 목적 한국어 학습자를 위한 한국어 교육과정 설계에서 고려해야 할 논점을 고찰하고 교육과정을 설정할 때에 근거로 삼아야 하는 항목들을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 본 연구에서는 학문 목적 한국어 학습자를 위한 한국어 교육과정 설계에 대한 논점을 교육과정의 목적 및 목표를 중심으로 제시하였다. 학문 목적 한국어 교육과정의 목적 및 목표를 설계할 때 학습자의 입학 여부와 학위 유형, 언어 수준, 전공 지식의 심화 정도 등을 고려하여 보다 세밀하게 설정될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. 또한 국내와 국외, 입학 전과 후 등 다양한 환경과 여건에 놓여 있는 학습자들을 고려해 매체나 시수, 교원의 요건 등을 결정하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 학문 목적 교육과정의 교수요목과 교육 내용 설계 시에는 교수요목의 범주나 교수요목의 유형에 대한 고민이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 학문 목적 한국어 교육과정 설계 시 앞선 논점들에 대해 결정할 때에 근거로 삼아야 하는 항목들을 함께 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 학문 목적 교육과정 설계의 논점과 근거를 통해서 학문 목적 한국어 교육과정 설계에 앞서 진행될 조사에서의 조사 내용과 방향을 정하는 데에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그리고 이를 통해 학문 목적 교육과정 설계를 진행하는 기관들이 여러 환경, 상황, 여건을 종합적으로 고려하여 교육과정의 내용과 방향을 정해 나가는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Thepurpose of this study is to consider the issues in designing the Korean languagecurriculum for academic Korean learners and to present items to be used as a basiswhen setting the curriculum. First, this study presented the issue of the design ofthe Korean language curriculum for academic Korean learners, focusing on thepurpose and goal of the curriculum. It was suggested that when designing thepurpose and goal of the Korean language curriculum for academic purposes, itneeds to be set in more detail in consideration of the learner’s admission status,degree type, language level, and degree of deepening of major knowledge. Inaddition, it was suggested that it is necessary to determine the medium, educationalhours, and teacher requirements in consideration of learners in variousenvironments and conditions. Finally, it was confirmed that when designingsyllabus and educational content for academic purposes, it is necessary to considerthe type of teaching points. It is thought that the issues and grounds for the designof the curriculum for academic purposes presented in this study will help determinethe content and direction of the survey that will be conducted prior to the designof the Korean language curriculum for academic purposes. And it is expected thatinstitutions that conduct curriculum design for academic purposes will be able tocontribute to determining the content and direction of the curriculum bycomprehensively considering various environments, situations, and conditions.
