국문 초록

The Yuan Dynasty was an important stage in Beijing's urban construction, which laying the foundation for the urban pattern of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Besides, the Yuan Dynasty was also the starting point for the flourishing of Beijing's private gardens, and it had a unique historical significance, but there are no remnants of Yuan Dynasty gardens now. In order to better present the appearance of Yuan Dynasty gardens, this project is based on the Yuan Dynasty garden culture, and selects Zhongwu Park in Haidian District of Beijing to design a garden within a garden with the interest of Yuan Dynasty gardens. This garden is located at the top of the east hill of Zhongwu Park, the name ‘Half a Cloud’ is retrieved from the Yuan poet Lu Wengui's (1252-1336) poem. Based on the cultural representation of the site space, the work analyzes the current situation of the park and its surrounding landscape conditions, combines the use of the site and the needs of cultural functions, and cuts into the architectural characteristics, boundary understanding and garden connotation of the Yuan Dynasty gardens. The design not only integrates the cultural connotation of Yuan Dynasty gardens, but also considers a way to break the restrictions of space and boundary, considering the relationship between people, space and nature. In this way, we try to understand the value and significance of the garden, and build up a distinct and specific garden image with the characteristics of the Yuan Dynasty garden.

영문 초록

元代是北京城市建设的重要阶段，奠定了明清的城市格局；元代还是北京私家园林兴盛的起点，显示出独特的历史意义，然而现已看不到元代园林的遗存。为了更好地呈现元代园林的面貌，本项目立足于元代园林文化，选取北京市海淀区中坞公园，设计一个具有元代园林趣味的园中园。项目位于中坞公园东山之巅，取元人陆文圭（1252—1336）“顾君分借半间云”（《寄题傅氏草堂》）之诗义，名其曰“半间云”。作品基于场地空间的文化表征，分析公园现状和其周围的景观条件，结合场地的使用、文化功能需求，从元代园林的建筑特征、边界认识和园林内涵三方面切入，既融入元代园林的文化内涵，也思考一种打破空间、边界的限制，考虑人与空间、自然三者之间的关系，藉此试图理解园林的存在价值与意义，构建起一个鲜明、具体的，具有元代园林特征的园林形象。
