국문 초록

이 연구는 노인요양복지사업 현장에서 각종 교육을 담당하고 있는 교육자들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 노인의 경제적 빈곤문제를 해소하고 건강한 사회발전에 기여하기 위한 경제교육 프로그램을 만들고 실행하기 위한 서술적 연구이다. 자료의 수집은 한국갤럽을 통해 이루어졌으며, 총 응답자는 교육전문가 37명이었으며 현재 근무분야에서 일한 기간은 평균 16.6년이었다. 수집된 자료는 다음과 같이 분석했다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 경제프로그램 운영의 중요도와 실행도, 경제교육 프로그램 중요도와 지식정도, 재직기간에 따른 업무 중요도 및 수행도는 평균과 표준편차로 분석하였다. 재직기간에 따른 경제교육 프로그램 운영의 중요도와 실행도, 경제교육 프로그램 중요도와 지식정도, 재직기간에 따른 업무 중요도 및 수행도는 회귀분석을 실시했다. 교육자의 경제교육 관련 영역별 인식을 살펴보기 위해 경제교육 프로그램 운영 시 각 항목별 중요도 및 수행도에 대해 IPA(importance-performance analysis)를 실시했다. 그 결과 ‘프로그램계획 수립’이 중점 개선영역으로 나타났다. 경제교육 내용에 대한 항목별 중요도 및 지식정도를 분석한 결과 ‘은퇴 후 경제생활’이 경쟁우위 영역으로 나타났고, ‘정부의 경제지원정책’이 중요도는 높으나 이에 대한 지식정도는 평균 수준에 불과하여 개선이 요구된다. 또한 경제교육 프로그램 제공 및 지도·관리에서 중요도와 수행도 모두 낮아 개선영역으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 사회적으로 생애 경제교육이 절실하고, 노인계층에 적합한 경제교육 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive study to create and implement an economic education program to solve the problem of economic poverty among the elderly. Data collection was conducted through Gallup Korea, and the total number of respondents was 37 education experts. The collected data were analyzed as follows. The general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed in terms of frequency and percentage, importance and degree of implementation of economic program operation, importance and degree of knowledge of economic education programs, and importance and performance of work according to period of employment was analyzed by means and standard deviation. The regression analysis was conducted on the importance and implementation of economic education programs according to period of employment, importance and level of knowledge of economic education programs, and importance and performance of work according to period of employment. In order to examine educators' perceptions of each area related to economic education, IPA (importance-performance analysis) was conducted on the importance and performance. In consequence, 'program plan establishment' was found to be a main improvement area. As a result of analyzing the importance and knowledge of each item on the contents of economic education, 'economic life after retirement' was found to be a competitive advantage area, and 'government economic support policy' is important, but the degree of knowledge about it is only at the average level, so improvement is required.
