국문 초록

본 연구는 위험사회를 대비하여 위기대응능력을 제고하기 위한 학교안전교육의 방향을 탐색하고, 학교현장 전문가의 의견을 청취하여 학교안전교육 제도 개선방안을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 학교안전교육은 위기대응능력 향상을 목표로 이루어져야 하고 이를 위해 매뉴얼 중심의 안전교육에서 체험에 기반한 위험교육으로패러다임의 전환이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 위기대응능력 제고의 관점에서 현행 학교안전교육에 대한 학교관리자 5명, 안전부장 4명, 일반교사 5명의 의견을 심층적으로청취하고 분석하였다. 이를 통해 학교안전교육 제도 개선방안을 다음과 같이 도출하였다. 첫째, 안전교육 시수의 현실화를 통한 삶과 연계된 실질적인 안전교육으로의전환이다. 둘째, 안전체험시설의 지속적인 확충과 프로그램 내실화이다. 셋째, 교사전문성 신장을 위해 연수대상별 맞춤형 체험연수 개설 및 운영이 필요하다. 넷째, 체험 중심의 안전교육을 위한 예산확보와 지원이 필요하다. 다섯째, 체계적인 안전교육을 위해서는 현장의 교육활동을 직접적으로 지원해줄 수 있는 .전문기관 설립이요구된다. 이상의 시사점을 통해 학생들이 미래의 새로운 위험에 대비할 수 있는 위기대응능력을 키울 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of school safety education to improve crisis response capabilities in preparation for a risky society and to prepare ways to improve the school safety education system by listening to the opinions of experts in the school field. To this end, the opinions of five school administrators, four safety managers, and five general teachers in the school field were listened to and analyzed in depth regarding the current school safety education operation. The conclusions based on the research results are as follows. First, a transition to practical safety education linked to life through the realization of safety education sessions is needed. Second, continuous expansion of safety experience facilities and improvement of programs is required. Third, it is necessary to open and operate experiential training tailored to each training target in order to enhance teacher expertise. Fourth, it is necessary to secure budget and support for experience-based safety education. Fifth, for systematic safety education, the establishment of a specialized institution that can directly support on-site educational activities is required. Through the above implications, students can develop crisis response skills to prepare for new risks in the future.
