국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 사회적 지지와 학교생활적응의 관계에서 성장마인드셋과 회복탄력성의 이중매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 부산시 소재 B와 D중학교의 250명의 재학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 234명의 자료를 분석하였다. SPSS통계프로그램과 Process Macro프로그램을 활용하여 상관분석, 기술통계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하기 위해 bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의사회적 지지, 학교생활적응, 회복탄력성, 성장 마인드셋 간에는 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 중학생의 사회적 지지와 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 성장 마인드셋과 회복탄력성은 이중매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 중학생의 학교생활적응을 돕기위하여 사회적 지지와 성장 마인드셋, 회복탄력성이 중요한 변인임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the dual mediating effect of growth mindset and resilience in the relationship between social support and school life adjustment in middle school students. For the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on 250 students at B and D middle schools in Busan, and data from 234 students was ultimately analyzed. Correlation analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the Spss statistical program and the Process Macro program, and bootstrapping was performed to verify the significance of the mediation effect. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between social support, school life adaptation, resilience, and growth mindset of middle school students. Second, growth mindset and resilience played a dual mediating role in the relationship between social support and school life adaptation of middle school students. These research results suggest that social support, growth mindset, and resilience are important variables to help middle school students adapt to school life.
