예비유아교사의 유년기 놀이 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 유년기 놀이 경험과 그 의미를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구참여자는 경기도에 있는 전문대학 유아교육과 2학년 58명(여 55명, 남 3명)이다. 연구 방법은 연구참여자를 소집단으로 구성하여 유년기 놀이 경험에 대해 토론을 한 후 토론 내용에 대해 결과보고서를 작성하였다. 수집된 자료는 토론의 결과보고서 내용에서 의미 있는 단어와 구문을 추출하여 의미를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 예비유아교사가 유년기에 좋아했던 놀이와 싫어했던 놀이는 개인 놀이와 집단놀이, 실내놀이와 실외놀이가 골고루 나타났으며, 좋아하거나 싫어했던 이유는 놀이의 특성, 놀잇감의 특성, 개인적인 성향이 반영되었다. 또한 유년기 놀이 경험을 통해 얻을 수 있었던 점은 다양한 분야의 발달에 도움이 되었으며, 긍정적인 정서를 느낄 수 있었고 기억과 추억을 만들 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 예비유아교사가 본인의 유년기 놀이 경험을 회상함으로써 유아의 놀이 경험과 의미를 이해하는 데 도움이 되고, 유아의 놀이 지원 기술을 습득하여 놀이지도 및 지원 역량을 강화하는 데 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the childhood play experiences of pre-service early childhood teachers and their meanings. The study participants were 58 second-year students (55 females and 3 males) of the Department of Early Childhood Education at a junior college in Gyeonggi-do. The research method consisted of the study participants in small groups discussing their childhood play experiences, and then writing a report on the contents of the discussion. The collected data extracted meaningful words and phrases from the contents of the discussion report and analyzed their meaning. The results of the study are as follows. The games that the pre-service teachers liked and disliked in childhood were individual play, group play, indoor play, and outdoor play, and the reasons for liking or disliking them reflected the characteristics of the play, the characteristics of the play, and the individual inclinations. In addition, what I was able to gain through childhood play experiences helped me develop in various fields, and I was able to feel positive emotions and create memories. It is believed that the results of this study will help pre-child teachers understand children's play experiences and meanings by recalling their childhood play experiences, and will provide basic data for strengthening play guidance and support capabilities by acquiring children's play support skills.
