초등학교 교사의 사회적 정향과 교사가치 정향 및 통합교육 효율성의 구조 관계 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 통합교육의 효율성에 영향을 미치는 사회적 정향 및 교사가치 정향의 구조 관계를 알아보기 위한 조사연구로 수행되었다. 설문지는 사회적 정향 15문항, 교사가치 정향 16문항, 그리고 통합교육 효율성 15문항으로 구성되었다. 이 연구를 위하여 전국의 초등학교 교사 316명의 자료를 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인분석에 기초하여 확인적 요인분석을 적용하였다. 측정모형, 수정모형, 수정된 측정모형 타당성 평가, 그리고 가설적 구조모형 및 구조모형을 결정하는 과정으로 구조방정식 모형을 검정하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 검정 과정에서 밝혀진 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사의 사회적 정향은 교사가치 정향에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사의 사회적 정향은 통합교육 효율성에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 초등학교 교사의 사회적 정향이 통합교육 효율성에 영향을 미칠 때, 교사가치 정향의 매개 효과는 나타나지 않는다. 넷째, 초등학교 교사의 사회적 정향이 교사가치 정향과 통합교육 효율성에 미치는 영향은 직접 효과로만 설명된다. 결론적으로 초등학교 교사의 사회적 정향은 교사가치 정향 및 통합교육 효율성에 영향을 미치는 구조이며, 특히 초등학교 교사의 통합교육 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 정향에 의해 직접적으로 설명되는 구조임을 이 연구에서는 제안하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a survey study for elementary school teachers to find out the structural relationship between social orientation and teacher value orientation that affect the effectiveness of inclusive education. The questionnaire consisted of 15 social orientations, 16 teacher value orientations, and 15 inclusive education efficiency items. For this study, data from 316 elementary school teachers across the country were analyzed. Confirmatory factor analysis was applied based on exploratory factor analysis. The structural equation model was tested as a process of determining the measurement model, the modified model, the modified model validity evaluation, and the hypothetical structural model and the structural model. The results of the research found during the test of the structural equation model are that: (a) the social orientation of elementary school teachers influences the teacher value orientation; (b) the social orientation of elementary school teachers affects the effectiveness of inclusive education; (c) when the social orientation of elementary school teachers affects the effectiveness of inclusive education, the mediating effect of teacher value orientation does not appear; and (d) the effect of social orientation of elementary school teachers on teacher value orientation and inclusive education efficiency is explained only by direct effects. In conclusion, this study suggests that the social orientation of elementary school teachers affects teacher value orientation and the efficiency of inclusive education.
