중도중복장애 학생 평가를 위한 학습경로(Routes for Learning)의 번안 및 내용타당도 검증

국문 초록

연구목적 이 연구는 영국 웨일스 교육부에서 중도중복장애 학생 평가 및 교육 프로그램으로 활용하고 있는 학습경로(Routes for Learning)를 번안하여 국내 적용 가능성을 살펴보기 위해 내용타당도를 검증하는데 목적이있다. 연구방법 이를 위해 6명의 특수교육 전문가 그리고 2명의 아동발달 전문가를 패널로 하여 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 한 차례의 정성적 평가와 2차례의 정량적 델파이 조사를 통해 각 주제와 하위 평가 문항에 대해 내용타당도 비율(Content Validity Ratio: CVR), 수렴도, 합의도를 산출하였다. 연구결과 그 결과, 학습경로(Routes for Learning)를 활용한 중도중복장애 학생 평가 문항에 대한 명료성, 적합성, 유용성, 적절성, 설명성 등이 모두 높게 나타났다. 질적인 측면에서도 중도중복장애 학생의 현행 수행 평가 문항으로써의 적합성과 활용성과 체계적인 교육 및 교육과정 자료로써의 활용성 또한 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 연구 결과를 바탕으로 중도중복장애 학생의 현행 수행 수준을 진단하고 평가하는 도구로써, 그리고 중도중복장애 학생을 위한 교육프로그램으로써의 활용가능성에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. 또한 중도중복장애 학생을대상으로 한 객관적이고 실제적인 평가도구로써의 활용성을 평가하기 위한 실태조사 등의 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to adapt the Routes for Learning, a diagnosis and educational program for students with profound and multiple disabilities(PMD) used by the Department of Education in Wales, UK, and to examine its content validity and appropriateness. Method: For this purpose, a Delphi survey was conducted with a panel of six experts in special education and two experts in child development. One qualitative and two quantitative Delphi surveys were used to calculate the content validity ratio (CVR), convergence and consensus for each topic and sub-item. Results: Results showed high clarity, adequacy, usefulness, appropriateness, and explanatory power of assessment items of students with PMD using Routes for Learning. Qualitatively, the study examined the appropriateness and usefulness of the current performance of students with PMD as through diagnostic and assessment questionnaire. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, we discussed the implications of its use as a tool for diagnosis and evaluation of the current performance level of students with PMD and as an educational program for students with PMD. We suggested follow-up studies, such as a survey to evaluate its usefulness as an objective, and practical diagnosis and evaluation for students with PMD.
