국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 최초로 셀프케어의 개념을 도입한 노인맞춤돌봄서비스를 이용하는 노인을 대상으로 그들의 특성이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용자의 특성에 셀프케어에 대한 인식을 포함하였으며, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스를 이용하는 298명의 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용자의 셀프케어 인식이 높을수록 생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스 이용자 개인이 느끼는 주관적 건강상태가좋을수록 생활만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 이용자의 우울감이 감소할수록 생활만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 이용자의사회적 요인 중 친구지지가 잘 이루어질수록 생활만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에서는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 이용자의다양한 특성 중 셀프케어가 생활만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 보였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 기초하여 노인맞춤돌봄서비스이용자의 생활만족도를 향상하기 위한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of their characteristics on life satisfaction among elderly people who use customized elderly care services, which introduced the concept of self-care for the first time in Korea. For this purpose, awareness of self-care was included in the characteristics of users of customized elderly care services, and a survey was conducted on 298 elderly people who use customized elderly care services. The main analysis results are as follows. First, the higher the self-care awareness of customized elderly care service users, the higher their life satisfaction. Second, the better the subjective health status of individual service users, the higher their life satisfaction. Third, it was found that as the user's depression decreased, life satisfaction increased. Fourth, among the social factors of users, it was found that the better the support from friends, the higher the level of life satisfaction. The results of this study showed that among the various characteristics of users of customized elderly care services, self-care seemed to have the greatest impact on life satisfaction. Based on these research results, practical and policy implications were presented to improve the life satisfaction of users of customized elderly care services.
