하늘고등학교 교육기획력에 관한 연구

국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구는 학교 차원에서의 교육기획력이 발휘되어야 할 중요한 의미를 지닌 학교교육과정운영계획서를 중심으로 한 고등학교 교육기획력의 실제를 하늘고등학교 교육과정 편성·운영 과정의 특징을 토대로 탐색해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 하늘고등학교 구성원(총 18명)을 대상으로 심층면담을 통하여 연구자료를 수집하였으며, 수집한 자료는 질적 자료의 분석을 위한 일반적인 절차를 준수하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 학교교육과정 편성·운영 계획의 수립 과정과 그 특징을 중심으로 하늘고등학교의 교육기획력에 대하여 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 하늘고는 학교교육과정운영계획서의 수립 과정에서 1) 법적인 문서로서 학교교육과정운영계획서를 바라보고 있다는 점, 2) 학교교육과정 개발 단계에서 하늘고등학교장의 교육과정리더십이 적극적으로 발현되고 있다는 점, 3) 학교구성원들의 참여와 숙의를 통해 학교교육과정운영계획서를 수립한다는 점이 특징적이며, 하늘고 학교교육과정운영계획서의 특징으로는 1) 교육과정운영계획서의 구체성, 2) 정교한 학사일정의 수립, 3) 엄격한 교육과정의 운영이 제시될 수 있다. 결론 하늘고등학교는 교육기획의 본질로서 합리성의 의미에 기초해 볼 때, 합리적인 교육기획력을 바탕으로 학교교육과정 편성·운영계획을 수립하고 그 결과로서 학교교육과정운영계획서를 개발하고 있다. 이는고등학교 교육기획력 증진에 관한 단초를 제공한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the reality of high school education planning basedon the characteristics of the Haneul High School curriculum organization and operation process, whichis the most important document for educational planning. Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, research data were collected through in-depth interviews with members of Haneul High School and the collected data were analyzed in compliance with general procedures. Results: The results of examining the educational planning power of Haneul High School, focusingon the process of establishing the school curriculum operation plan and its characteristics, are as follows. Haneul High School is looking at the school curriculum operation plan as a legal document, 2) thecurriculum leadership of the principal is actively expressed in the school curriculum development stage, and 3) the school curriculum operation plan is established through the participation and deliberation of school members. The characteristics of the Haneul High School Curriculum Operation Plan mayinclude 1) the specificity of the curriculum operation plan, 2) the establishment of an elaborate academic schedule, and 3) the operation of a strict curriculum. Conclusion: Based on the meaning of rationality as the essence of educational planning, Haneul HighSchool establishes a school curriculum organization and operation plan based on reasonable educational planning power and develops a school curriculum operation plan as a result, which provides a cluefor improving high school education planning.
