전문상담교사들의 실무능력배양 위주의 교육과정 모색을 위한 1급 자격연수 교육과정의 현황 분석

국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구는 전문상담교사들의 실무 능력을 배양할 수 있는 ‘전문상담교사 1급 자격연수 교육과정’모색에 도움이 되고자 12건의 교육과정을 분석하였다. 연구방법 2016년에서 2022년 사이에 실시된 ‘전문상담교사 1급 자격연수 교육과정’ 12건을 전수 조사하고, 수집한 교육과정을 세 가지 준거들과 비교 분석하였다. 첫째, ‘전문상담교사 1급 자격연수 과정표’, 둘째, 김인규와 조남정(2010)의 ‘전문상담교사 직무역량 표’, 마지막으로, ‘한국상담학회’, ‘한국상담심리학회’의 ‘2급 자격 수련요건표’를 준거 틀로 삼아 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구결과 첫째, 전문역량의 비율이 평균 57%로 나타나 현재 교육부 고시를 따르더라도 전문역량을 약13% 확대 편성할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 실시 빈도가 가장 높았던 과목은 ‘매체를 활용한상담’으로 11회였고, 2위는 ‘집단상담 실습’으로 10회 실시되었으며, 직무 영역 중에서는 상담이 39% 1위, 기타가 28% 2위로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘상담’에 대한 수퍼비전이 거의 실시되지 않았는데, 특히 ‘집단상담’과 ‘심리평가’에 대한 수퍼비전은 전혀 실시되지 않았다. 반면, 강의 형태의 교육이 93%로 연수의 대부분을 차지하였다. 결론 본 연구는 전문상담교사들의 전문성 발달의 핵심인 1급 자격연수를 최초로 분석하였다는데 의의를지닌다. 교육과정 중 전문역량의 과목의 비중 부족, 수퍼비전 부족, 과도한 단순 강의 형태 연수 비중 등의 문제를 확인하였으며, 향후 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 본 연구의결과는 ‘전문상담교사 1급 자격연수 교육과정’ 개발의 참고 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이며, 후속 연구를 촉발할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: he purpose of this study was to analyze 12 'Level 1 Qualification Training Curriculum(L1QTC) for School Counselors’ in order to discern for the L1QTC for school counselors that can cultivatetheir practical skills. Methods: A total of 12 cases of the L1QTC for school counselors conducted between 2016 and 2022 were investigated. First, this study compared and analyzed the qualification training course tables of the 1st level of school counselors notified by the Ministry of Education, 2nd, the job competency tables of school counselors by Kim, In-gyu and Cho, Nam-jeong(2010). Finally, L1QTC was compared and analyzed the qualification training requirements tables of the 2nd level of the Korean Counseling Association and the Korean Counseling Psychological Association. Results: The results of the study are as follows: First, the ratio of professional competence was 57% on average, confirming that it is possible to expand professional competence by about 13% even ifit follows the current Ministry of Education notice. Second, the subjects with the highest frequency of implementation were eleven sessions of counseling using media, and the second was ten sessions of group counseling practices. Among the job areas, counseling ranked first with 39% and 'other areas' ranked second with 28%. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it was the L1QTC, which is the core of the professional development of school counselors. Problems such as lack of specialized subjects, lack of supervision,and the excessive proportion of simple lecture type training in the curriculum were identified andit is meaningful in that it drew implications for future improvement directions. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the development of the L1QTC for school counselors, and thisresearch is expected to trigger a follow-up study.
