간호⋅간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 노인에 대한 공감력, 극복력, 인간중심간호가 간호서비스 질에 미치는 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호⋅간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 노인에 대한 공감력, 극복력, 인간중심간호가 간호서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 간호서비스 질 향상에 기여하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구방법 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN Version 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, Mann-Whitney U 검정 및 Kruskal-Wallis H 검정, Pearson’s 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였 다. 연구결과, 간호사의 간호서비스 질은 공감력(r=.54, p<.001), 극복력(r=.59, p<.001) 및 인간중심간호(r=.61, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호사의 간호서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인간중심간호(β=.53, p<.001)와 극복력(β=.27, p<.001)으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 간호⋅간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 극복력과 인간중심간호가 간호 서비스질에 미치는 유의한 요인으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호⋅간병 통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 간호사는 극복력을 가지고 인간중심간호를 수행할 수 있도록 간호사의 역량개발 교육 및 스트레스와 위기상황에 대처하는 능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 마련이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of study is a descriptive investigation study to identify the impact of empathy, resilience, and person-centered nursing on integrated nurse care service (INCS) unit nurses’ self-recognized nursing service quality. The subjects was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, Pearson correlation, and Hierarchical regression regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 28.0 program. There were significant relationships between nursing service quality and empathy (r=.54, p<.001), resilience (r=.59, p<.001), person-centered nursing (r=.61, p<.001). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the factors influencing nursing service quality were person-centered nursing (β=.53, p<.001) and resilience (β=.27 p<.001) in this study. In order to increase the nursing service quality of nurses working in integrated nurse care service (INCS) units, person-centered nursing and resilience have been identified as significant factors. Therefore, it is necessary to educate nurses on competency development so that nurses working in integrated nurse care service (INCS) units can perform person-centered nursing. In addition, a program to improve the ability to cope with stress and crisis situations should be prepared for nurses working in integrated nurse care service (INCS) units.
