초등교사의 국어과 평가 전문성 실태 분석

국문 초록

본고는 초등교사의 국어과 평가 문항 개발 실태를 분석함으로써 초등교사의 국어과 평가전문성의 한 부분을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 성취기준, 수행성, 사고력 부합, 문항적합성의 네 가지를 분석 초점으로 하여 부산시내 세 초등학교에서 수집한 2학년 1학기 국어과 학업성취도 평가 60문항과 수행 평가 18문항을 분석하였다. 그리고 설문과 면담을 통하여 평가 문항 개발에 관한 자료를 추가로 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 국어과 학업성취도 평가 문항을 개발한 교사들은 성취기준과 문항적합성에 부합하는 문항 개발 능력을 갖추고 있으나, 수행성과 사고력에 부합하는 문항 개발 능력이 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 영역이나 성취기준 특성에 따라 학업성취도 평가에서 성취기준 반영 정도, 수행성 반영 정도, 사고력 부합 정도가 달리 나타났다. 설문 반응과 면담 분석 결과, 이러한 차이는 문항 개발과 채점의 수월성에 기인하는 것으로 추론되었다. 수행평가 문항을 개발한 교사들은 국어과의 수행 특성과 수행평가의 특성을 반영하여 수행성과 사고력에 부합하는 수행평가 문항의 개발 능력을 갖춘 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 객관적이고 일관성 있는 평가기준 개발 능력에서 미흡한 점이 나타났고, 영역 구분을 잘못 이해하거나 영역 특성을 제대로 반영하지 못함으로써 결과적으로 성취기준을 타당하게 반영하지 못한 점도 일부 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study researched assessment tool development for Elementary Teacher in assessing Korean Language. With this tried to observe a part of professionality for elementary teacher in assessing Korean Language. I set four kind analytical focuses accomplishing standard, performance characteristic, thinking characteristic, question item suitability. And analyzed studies accomplishing question items 60 and performance assessment question items 18 of 2 grade 1 semester. Those were collected from three elementary schools. Question and direct conversation led and in addition collected analyzed a data about assessment tool development. The result with after words is same. Teachers who made the question items for studies accomplishing assessment had a proper question item development ability in accomplishing standard and question item suitability. But the question item development ability which is sufficient an performance characteristic and thinking characteristic was insufficient. According to area characteristic and accomplishing standard characteristic the accomplishing standard reflection degree, performance characteristic reflection degree and thinking characteristic reflection degree appeared differently. This was ratiocinated. with the fact that the convenient characteristic of question item development operated. Teachers who made the question items for performance assessment had a proper question item development ability in performance characteristic and thinking characteristic reflecting the performance characteristic of Korean Language and characteristic of performance assessment. But it appeared the set of assessment standard which is objective and consistent was insufficient from part. Also it understands a area by mistake or does not reflect a corresponding area characteristic does not reflect an accomplishing standard with the result well from part.
