대학생의 교수학습센터 활용의도 관련 변인 간구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 교수학습센터 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 선 행연구 검토를 통해 가설모형을 설정하고, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 이들 변인 간의 직․간접적인 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 198명의 대학생으로부터 개 인적 특성(자기효능감, 혁신성향), 사회적 특성(주관적 규범, 홍보, 지원), 혁신수용 (사용 용이성, 상대적 유용성), 활용의도 검사를 실시하였다. 연구문제에 따라 상관 분석과 다중회귀분석, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 특성변인 즉 자기효능감과 혁신성향은 사 용 용이성, 상대적 유용성을 포함하는 혁신수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성은 혁신수용에 유의한 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 혁신성향이 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 개인적 특 성변인이 교수학습센터 활용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있지는 않지만, 혁신수 용을 통해 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 특성변인 중 주관 적 규범과 홍보는 혁신수용에 가장 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인이었으나, 지원 요인 은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 주관적 규범과 홍보는 활용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 혁신수용과 활용의도 간에는 직접적인 효과가 없었으나 사회적 특성과 활용의도 간에는 직접적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나 타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학의 교수학습센터가 학생지원 전략을 구안하는데 많 은 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the key factors that facilitate the utilization of Center for Teaching and Learning(CTL) for university students through a theoretical approach, and to examine their direct/indirect relationship through the use of a structural equation model. To solve the problems, this study collected data using the self-efficacy, inclination of innovation, subjective norms, public relation, support, ease of use, relative advantage, the intend of utilization inventory from 198 university students. Various data was analyzed using correlation, regression, SEM by the problems of this research. According to this research results, first, personal factors(self-efficacy and, inclination of innovation) was found to have influence on innovate factors(ease of use, relative advantage). Personal factors was found to have direct influence on the innovate factor. Second, personal factors(self-efficacy, inclination of innovation) was found to have influence on the intend of utilization. Personal factors was found to have direct influence on the intend of utilization, but personal factors was found to have indirect influence on the intend of utilization through the innovate factor. Third, subjective norms, public relation was found to have influence on innovate factors. But, support was not found to have influence on innovate factors. Fourth, subjective norms and public relation was found to have influence on the intend of utilization. And the innovate factors was not found to have direct influence on the intend of utilization, but social factors was found to have direct influence on the intend of utilization.
