지하시설물의 실시간 측량품셈 현행화

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 각종 지하시설물의 설치 및 변경 시 노출 관로에 대한 실시간 위치 측량의 적정 작업량을 제시하고자 하였다. 노출 시설물의 1일 적정 작업량 산정을 위해 우선적으로 현행 건설공사 표준품셈(2023년)의 지하시설물도 작성 세부 항목 중 노출 시설물에 대한 1일 작업량 252m/day에 대한 현황 분석과 지하시설물 관로 현장의 실제 조사를 통해 1일 작업량의 적정성을 확인하였다. 확인 결과 토목공사에 수반되는 노출 시설물 위치 측량은 현장의 공사 여건 및 공종에 따라서 대기시간의 발생으로 측량이 지연되는 것으로 나타났다. 현장 조사 결과 노출 시설물에 대한 위치 측량의 적정 작업량은 평균 86m/day 수준으로 현행 건설공사 표준품셈에서의 작업량과는 많은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 노출 시설물의 위치 측량에 대하여 적절한 대기시간의 반영으로 표준품셈의 1일 작업량의 합리적인 개선과 이를 통한 측량 대가의 현행화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to propose an appropriate workload for real-time surveying of exposed pipelines during the installation or modification of various underground facilities. To determine the daily workload for exposed facilities, the current standard itemization of underground facilities construction (2023) was analyzed to identify the daily workload of 252m/day for exposed facilities. In addition, the adequacy of the daily workload was confirmed through an actual on-site survey of underground facility pipelines. The results showed that the surveying of exposed pipeline locations in civil engineering construction can be delayed due to waiting times, which depend on the construction conditions and tasks. Based on the on-site survey, the appropriate daily workload for surveying of exposed pipelines was found to be an average of 82m/day, which was significantly different from the workload specified in the current standard itemization for construction. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect appropriate waiting times in the surveying of exposed pipeline locations to achieve a reasonable improvement in the daily workload specified in the standard itemization and to update the current surveying fees accordingly.
