건물군 내 건물별 도로명주소 부여 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

도로명주소는 도로를 따라 건물입구까지 찾아갈 수 있는 제도이지만 건물군은 건물이 아닌 단지의 입구까지만 찾을 수 있어 건물군 입구부터 건물의 입구까지 구간에서는 도로명 방식으로 길찾기가 유효하게 작동하지 않는 문제점이 발생한다. 모든 건물군을 멸실하고 개별 건물마다 도로명주소를 새로이 부여하면 이에 대한 해결이 가능하지만 현실적으로는 건물군이 전체 도로명주소의 34.56%나 되고 직권에 의한 변경이 불가능하기 때문에 비현실적인 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 건물군의 멸실을 위해, 첫째 대학교, 병원, 공장처럼 상대적으로 면적이 넓고 다수의 주소사용자가 생활화는 공간, 그리고 1개 및 6개 이상의 건물등으로 이루어진 건물군에 대해 우선적으로 멸실을 추진하고, 둘째 건물군 안에 새로운 도로명을 부여하는 것이 아닌 연결선을 이용하여 개별 건물등마다 도로명주소를 부여하며, 셋째 행정적 변경 사항을 최소화하기 위해 개별 건물등마다 도로명주소를 부여하더라도 한시적으로 건물군을 멸실하지 않으며, 넷째 시군구 경계 상에 위치한 건물군에는 정문 규칙을 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 건물군 멸실을 통한 개별 건물등마다 도로명주소를 생성하고 후속으로 입체주소, 상세주소 부여가 이루어진다면 자율주행자동차, 자율주행배송로봇, 드론, 사물인터넷, 실내내비게이션 등에서 주소정보에 기반한 수많은 서비스의 개발도 가능해질 것이다.

영문 초록

The road name address is a system that allows you to find the entrance of a building along the road, but the building group can only be found to the entrance of the complex, not the building, so the road search method does not work effectively in the course from the entrance of the building group to the entrance of the building. this happens. It is possible to solve this problem by destructing all building groups and assigning new road name addresses to individual buildings, but realistically, it is an unrealistic solution because building groups account for 34.56% of the total road name addresses and it is impossible to change by authority. In this study, for the destruction of existing building groups, first, buildings with a relatively large area, such as universities, hospitals, and factories, where a large number of address users live, and building groups consisting of one or more than six buildings are preferentially destroyed. Second, instead of assigning a new road name within a building group, a road name address is assigned to each individual building using a connecting line. Third, even if a road name address is assigned to each individual building, etc. to minimize administrative changes, the building group is temporarily. Fourth, a plan to apply the main gate rule to a group of buildings located on the boundary of a city, county, or district that is not destructed was proposed. If a road name address is created for each individual building through the destruction of a building group, and a three-dimensional address and a detailed address are subsequently assigned, development of numerous services based on address information in autonomous vehicles, autonomous delivery robots, drones, Internet of Things, indoor navigation, etc. will also be possible.
