국문 초록

최근 대전광역시의 화재안전지수는 지속적으로 낮은 등급을 유지하고 있어 화재안전지수 개선방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 최근 5년간 대전광역시 화재발생 통계분석을 바탕으로 대전광역시의 화재안전지수 개선방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 화재안전지수개선방안으로 주택화재로 인한 사망자를 줄여야 하고, 주택에서 발생한 화재를 사전에 알아차릴 수 있는 주택용 소방설비가 설치되어야 한다. 공장시설에 대한 폭발사고를 예방하여야 하고, 담배꽁초로 인한 화재를 예방하여야 한다. 전기화재에 대한 예방대책을 추진하여야 하고, 체험형식의 소방안전 교육과 훈련을 지속적으로 수행해야 한다. 효과적인 화재예방 홍보활동이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Recently , the fire safety index of Daejeon Metropolitan City continues to remain low, so research on ways to improve the fire safety index is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve the fire safety index of Daejeon Metropolitan City based on the analysis of fire occurrence statistics in Daejeon Metropolitan City over the past five years. Firstly, as a way to improve the fire safety index, the number of deaths from dwelling fires should be reduced and residential fire fighting equipment should be installed to detect dwelling fires in advance. Secondly, explosion accidents at factory facilities should be prevented, and fires caused by cigarette butts should be prevented. Furthermore, preventive measures against electric fires should be implemented, and experiential fire safety education and training must be conducted continuously. Finally, information activities are needed for effective fire prevention.
