대학생 의사소통 능력 향상을 위한 심포지엄 활용 수업 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 PBL을 활용한 심포지엄 토의 수업의 사례를 통해 자기주도적 수업 역랑과 협동학습 의사소통역량을 강화가 가능함을 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위하여 충청남도 소재 대학생 64명을 대상으로 5주 동안 PBL을 활용한 전문가집단 양성 토의와 전문가 집단이 된 학습자들의 심포지엄을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 PBL 활용한 전문가집단 양성과정에서 일어나는 결과물과 평가서, 전문가집단이 된 그룹들의 문제해결 보고서를 제출하였고 이 보고서를 바탕으로 심포지엄을 진행할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 학습자들의 자기주도 역량 및 의사소통 역량이 강화되었다. PBL을 활용하여 전문가집단을 양성 과정에서 학습자들은 자기주도적 수업 역량과 협업을 통한 의사소통 역량을 함양할 수 있음을 확인하였고 심포지엄을 통해 같은 현상도 어떤 관점에서 보느냐에 따라 해석이 달라지고 해결방법이 달라짐을 확인하였다. 학습자들은 사고가 확장되는 경험을 통해 탐구적 태도를 기를 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to reveal that it is possible to strengthen selfdirected class backhaul and cooperative learning communication capabilities through examples of symposium discussion classes using PBL. As for the research method, 64 college students in Chungcheongnam-do were trained as expert groups through discussions using PBL for five weeks, and symposiums were conducted by learners who became expert groups. Results, evaluation reports, and problem-solving reports of groups that became expert groups were submitted in the process of training expert groups using PBL, and symposiums could be conducted based on this report. Through this, learners' self-directed and communication skills were strengthened. In the process of training expert groups using PBL, it was confirmed that learners can cultivate self-directed teaching and communication skills through collaboration, and through symposiums, interpretation and solutions vary depending on the perspective of the same phenomenon. Through this, learners were able to expand their thinking and develop an exploratory attitude.
