이러닝 시스템품질과 협동학습이 이러닝만족에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이러닝 기반 협동학습의 학습자간 상호작용 연구가 충분하지 않다. 지금까지 진행된 이러닝 협동학습 관련연구는, 학습에서의 상호작용, 수업설계, 학습모형 등에 중점을 두었다. 특히 SNS 학습환경, 모바일 이러닝 시스템에서의 협동학습 연구가 약하다고 판단한다. 본 연구는 SNS의 일반화로 학습자와 학습자간의 협동학습 연구 필요성 증대에 따라, PC 및 모바일의 학습경험과, 팀 프로젝트를 통한 협동학습 경험을 통한 이러닝만족을 실증 분석하였다. 연구에 사용한 변수는 시스템품질, 협동학습, 이러닝 만족으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과 이러닝 학습자들의 협동학습 참여정도 및 팀 프로젝트의 팀 응집도가 이러닝 만족에 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러닝 시스템 품질이 이러닝 만족에 정의 영향을 미친 것으로 판명 되었다. 한편 시스템품질은 협동학습에 부의 영향을 미침으로서, 협동학습을 위해서는 보다 정교한 학습설계가 요구된다고 판단한다. 결과적으로 이러닝에서 시스템품질과 협동학습이 강조되어야 함을 확인하였다. 향후 모바일 학습 환경을 포함한 시스템 품질과 이러닝 협동학습 증진을 위해, 교수자가 보다 정교한 교수설계와 학습 환경 조성을 위해 노력해야 함을 강조한다.

영문 초록

Interaction learning tracking of e-learning based collaborative learning action research is not enough. E-learning cooperative learning research conducted to date has focused like interaction, instructional design, learning model in learning. In particular, it is determined that the study of cooperative learning in the learning environment, SNS, mobile e-learning system is weak. This study is a generalization of the SNS according to research cooperative learning among learners and learners need to increase, the PC and mobile learning experience and satisfaction with e-learning and cooperative learning experiences through the project team was empirical. Variables used in the study was composed of system quality, cooperative learning, e-learning satisfaction. Cohesive team of e-learning, student cooperative learning, and team participation rate showed a significant project of e-learning. In addition, the e-learning system was found to be a positive influence on the quality of e-learning satisfaction. But the system quality showed a negative affect on e-learning satisfaction. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality system has to be emphasized in e-learning and cooperative learning. Cooperative learning and e-learning systems for quality enhancement in the future, including mobile learning environment that emphasizes the teacher must strive to foster a more sophisticated instructional design and learning environment.
