사이버 언어폭력 피해 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사이버 언어폭력으로 인한 복합외상후 스트레스 장애(Complex Post-traumatic Stress Disorder: CPTSD) 증상의 하위 개념을 정의하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 사이버 언어폭력 피해 척도(Cyber Verbal Bullying Distress Scale: CVBDS)를 개발 및 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사이버 언어폭력 데이터를 접한 15명과의 면담과 문헌 조사를 토대로 하위 개념을 설정하고 111개의 예비문항을 선정하였으며 이 중 안면 타당도와 내용 타당도를 검증하는 절차를 통해 71개의 예비문항이 선정되었다. 최종 문항 선정을 위해서 사이버 언어폭력 데이터를 접한 201명의 응답을 수집하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 고차 요인분석을 차례대로 실시한 결과, 2요인 위계 모형에 대한 타당도가 입증되어 총 30개의 문항으로 이루어진 2요인 위계 모형(외상 후 스트레스 장애(Post-traumatic Stress Disorder: PTSD): 침습, 각성과 반응성, 회피; 자기 조직 장애(Disturbances in Self Organization: DSO): 부정적 정서, 타인 및 세상에 대한 부정적 인지, 자신에 대한 부정적 인지, 관계곤란)의 척도가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 척도를 사용하여, 대응표본 t-검정을 실시한 결과, 사전 사후 측정치의 유의미한 차이가 관찰되었다. 본 연구를 통해 CVBDS가 신뢰롭고 타당한 척도로써 사이버 언어폭력으로 인한 CPTSD 증상을 측정하는 도구로 활용될 수 있으며 사이버 언어폭력으로 인해 CPTSD 증상이 야기될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 사이버 언어폭력으로 인한 CPTSD 증상 및 요인구조 탐색을 위한 기초 정보로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to define a sub-concept of complex posttraumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) symptoms caused by cyber verbal bullying and to develop and validate the Cyber Verbal Bullying Distress Scale (CVBDS) which can measures the degree of the symptoms. For this purpose, the concept was set based on the literature review of CPTSD, PTSD, cyberbullying and interviews of 15 people who access cyber verbal bullying data and a total of 111 preliminary questions were selected. By verifying the facial and content validity, 71 questions were selected. 201 participants were collected to select the final items, and exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, higher-order confirmatory factor analysis was conducted in a row. As a result, a total of 30 items were extracted with the structure of 2-7 factors (PTSD: Intrusion, Arousal & Reactivity, Avoidance; DSO: Negative affect, Negative cognitions about the world and the others, Negative cognitions about the self, Disturbances in relationship). To find if cyber verbal bullying data had affected CPTSD symptoms, we conducted paired sample t-test using pre-post measurements and revealed that cyber verbal bullying data had influence on CPTSD symptoms. Through this study, it was proposed that the CVBDS can be used to measure CPTSD symptoms caused by cyber verbal bullying data as a reliable and valid measurement. This study could be provided as an important foundation for the study exploring symptoms and factor structures of CPTSD caused by cyber verbal bullying.
