간호대학생을 위한 실습생 권리에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 실습생 권리에 대한 교육요구도를 확인하는 것이며, 구체적인 목적은 교육요구도의 중요 수준과 현재 수준의 차이를 확인하고, 교육요구도의 우선순위를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울 소재 간호학과에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 113명이었으며, 편의표집 방법을 이용하여 모집하였다. 간호대학생의 실습생 권리에 대한 교육요구도를 측정하는 도구는 선행 문헌고찰 및 전문가의 내용 타당도를 검증하여 개발하였고, 총 26개 항목이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 24 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 교육요구도의 중요 수준과 현재 수준의 차이는 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하였고, 교육요구도의 우선순위는 IPA, The Locus for Focus모델 분석, Borich 요구도 모델 분석을 활용하였다. 최종 도출된 교육요구도의 우선순위는 ‘배움의 권리 보장’, ‘실습생은 존중받으면서 실습함’, ‘실습생의 간호 술기 관찰 및 수행 기회’, ‘실습생 보호 관리 시스템 구축’, ‘실습생의 학습권에 대한 인식’, ‘현장지도자의 실습 평가에 대한 공정성’이었다. 간호대학생은 임상실습 교육에서도 그들의 배움의 권리가 보장되고, 공정한 실습평가가 이루어지길 희망하며, 안전한 실습을 위해 그들을 보호할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다고 인식하고 있다. 향후 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생을 위한 실습생 권리 인식 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 연구 시도가 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the educational needs for rights of nursing students in clinical practice; first, it was to examine the difference between the important and current level of educational needs, and second, to identify the priority of educational needs. The subjects were 113 nursing students in 3rd and 4th grade enrolled in the department of nursing in Seoul, and were recruited using a convenient sampling method. The scale to measure the educational needs for rights of nursing students was developed by reviewing the previous literatures and verifying the content validity of five experts. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 24 program, the difference between the important and current level of educational needs was analyzed using a paired t-test. To analyze priorities of the educational needs, IPA, the Locus for Focus model analysis, and Borich analysis method were used. The priorities of the educational needs finally derived were 'Guaranteed rights to learn', 'Practicing with respect', 'Opportunities to observe and perform nursing skills', 'Establishment of protection management system', 'Awareness of the rights to learn', and 'Fairness of clinical leader's practice evaluation'. Nursing students hope that their rights to learn will be guaranteed in clinical practice education and fair evaluation will be made, and they recognize the need for a system that can protect them for safe clinical practice. In the future, based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program to promote the rights awareness of nursing students in clinical practice and conduct research attempts to verify their effectiveness.
