국문 초록

본 연구는 질병이 있어도 쉬지 못하고 출근을 강행하여 업무를 진행하지만 성과를 오히려 감소시키는 프리젠티즘에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 이 연구는 기업규모에 따른 특히 중소기업 근로자의 프리젠티즘이 대기업 근로자들 보다 더 많이 나타나는 것을 확인하고, 근로자의 건강이 일-가정 균형에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 근로자의 프리젠티즘에 관하여 살펴본다. 첫째, 기업규모에 따라 프리젠티즘에서 차이가 나타났다. 기업규모가 적은 중소기업에서 근로자들에게 프리젠티즘을 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 교육수준, 나이, 직급은 통제하였고 중소기업의 근로자들이 대기업의 근로자들 보다 프리젠티즘을 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중소기업의 근로자들이 느끼는 프리젠티즘과 일-가정균형의 관계가 대기업보다 더 강하게 나타났다. 즉 중소기업 근로자의 프리젠티즘은 일-가정균형을 더 큰 감소를 시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 의미는 근로자들이 컨디션 난조를 겪음에도 불구하고 쉬지 못하고 회사에 출근해서 겪는 직무상 손실은 일뿐 아니라 가정영역에서 요구되는 역할까지 모두 성공적으로 성취했다는 느낌마저 감소시키는 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의했다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the presenteeism that reduces performance even though there is a disease, although it does not rest and goes to work is carried out. The purpose of this study was to confirm that the presenteeism of SMEs workers, in particular, according to the size of the company, appeared more than that of workers in large companies, and to confirm the effect of workers' health on work-family balance. This study examines the presenteeism of workers. First, there was a difference in presenteeism according to the size of the company. It was found that small and medium-sized enterprises with small businesses felt more presenteeism to workers. In this study, education level, age, and position were controlled, and it was found that workers at SMEs felt more presenteeism than workers at large companies. Second, the relationship between presenteeism and work-family balance felt by workers of used companies was stronger than that of large companies. In other words, it was found that the presenteeism of SMEs workers reduced the work-family balance further. This means that even though workers suffer from poor conditions, the job losses they experience from going to work without a break reduce the feeling that they have successfully achieved not only work but also the roles required in the home field. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
