국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교에서 다양한 독서 교육활동을 통한 통합 논술의 효과적인 전략과 방안에 대하여 살펴보았다. 논술교육이 원활하게 이루어지기 위해서는 통합교과적인 교육이 절실히 필요하다. 21세기가 교육개혁의 핵심인 인성과 창의성 교육을 위한 지식정보화 사회 속에서 정보를 창의적으로 가공하고 언어능력을 신장시키는 데 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 독서 교육을 통하여 종합적 사고력과 논리력, 창의력을 기르는 데 역점을 두고 있기 때문이다. 그리하여 다양한 교과들 간의 통합적인 사고를 통하여 통합적인 논제를 잘 풀어가는 통합 논술력을 신장시키는 데 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 그리고 다양한 분야의 독서경험이 논술에서 통합적 사고력을 향상 시키는 데 큰 몫을 하고 있다는 점을 감안하여 본 연구자는 초등학교에서 적절한 학습 전략을 세워 독서가 교과를 통합할 수 있다는 점을 인식하여 학교와 학생에게 맞는 독서교육을 실시하여 통합논술 교육의 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 그리하여 교과에서 통합적으로 이루어지는 알맞은 독서교육의 방향과 통합 논술교육을 위한 5단계 학습전략을 통하여 초등학교에서의 통합 논술능력을 효과적으로 신장시키는데 본 연구가 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find effective strategies and plans of integrated essay-writing through a variety of reading education activities in elementary schools. Education of integrated subjects is positively necessary to achieve an essay-writing education. In the 21st Century, emphasis is placed on improving synthetic thinking ability, logical thinking, and creativity through reading education that is important to process information creatively and develop language abilities in the society of information and knowledge. So, this study is to present effective methods to extend synthetic thinking faculty through integrated thinking between various subjects. Also, giving consideration that various fields of reading experiences are a great help to promote synthetic thinking faculty, this study is to execute reading education to proper students and schools and indicate effective methods and strategies of integrated essay-writing education recognizing that reading can integrate subjects through adequate learning strategies in elementary schools. It can contribute to develop integrated essay-writing abilities effectively in elementary schools through appropriate reading education in integrated subjects and 5 stage-project for integrated essay-writing.
