백워드 설계에 기반한 국어과 듣기·말하기 교육과정 실행연구

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 진로탄력성 교육과의 연계를 중심으로, 백워드 설계 기반 국어과 듣기·말하기 교육과정 실행을 목적으로 한다. 방법: ADDIE 모형 절차에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 분석(A) 단계에서는 선행연구 고찰, 교육과정 분석을 진행하였다. 설계(D) 단계에서는 전문가 검토 및 문헌 연구를 통해 진로탄력성 측정 설문과 단원 템플릿을 설계하였다. 개발(D) 단계에서는 듣기·말하기 영역을 중심으로 백워드 설계 기반 진로탄력성 교육 단원을 개발하고 타당성을 검증하였다. 실행(I) 단계에서는 연구 집단에 대한 사전 동질성 검사 후, 국어 교과 연계 진로탄력성 교육을 실행하였다. 평가(E) 단계에서는 연구 집단에 대한 사후 검사 시행 후 연구 효과성을 분석하고 결론을 도출하였다. 결과: 독립표본 t 검정, 대응표본 t 검정, 공변량 분석을 활용하여 연구 효과성을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 일부 요소(정서조절·연결성·협력)를 제외한 9가지 진로탄력성 요소에서 실험 집단의 유의한 변화를 확인하였다. 결론: 백워드 설계에 기반하여, 국어 교과 연계 진로탄력성 교육을 추진한 본 연구가 학교 현장의 국어과 교육과정 실행과 진로탄력성 교육 활성화에 밑거름이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to practice the backward design- based Korean language listening and speaking education, around the linkage to the career resilience education. Methods: it was conducted according to the ADDIE model procedure. At the stage of the analysis (A), it considered preliminary research and analyzed the curriculum. At the stage of the design (D), it designed the unit template and the questionnaire for measured the career resilience, based on the expert review and literature review. At the stage of the development (D), it developed the backward design-based career resilience education unit, around the area of listening and speaking, and tested its validity. At the stage of implementation (I), it conducted the career resilience education around the linkage to Korean language curriculum, after testing the pre-homogeneity of the population. At the stage of the evaluation (E), it analyzed the effectiveness of the study, after a post-test of the population, and drew a conclusion. Results: By using an independent samples t-test, a paired t-test and an analysis of covariance, it tested the effectiveness of the study. The findings show that significant changes in the experiment group can be found from 9 career resilience factors, except for several ones (emotional regulation, connectivity and cooperation). Conclusion: This study is expected to give a foundation for practicing Korean language curriculum and activating the career resilience education.
