놀이 중심 교재교구 제작 수업에서 예비유아교사의 경험 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 2019년에 개정된 놀이 중심 교육과정을 토대로 교재교구를 제작하는 과정에서 나타나는 경험과 제작된 교구를 활용하여 예비유아교사들이 유아처럼 놀이하며 겪게 되는 경험을 탐색하였다. 연구결과 학생들은 교재교구 제작과정에서 유아·놀이 중심 교육과정의 의미를 알게 되었고, 협력의 중요성을 알게 되었다. 또한 결과물보다는 교재교구를 제작하는 과정에 의미 두었다. 거듭되는 시행착오는 문제해결의 기회와 성취감을 주었다. 수업시간에 자유롭고 지지적인 분위기는 동기부여가 되었고, 몰입의 즐거움을 주었다. 제작된 교구로 유아처럼 놀이하는 과정에서 또 다른 놀이로 확장되었고, 놀이 과정에서 교구의 문제점이 발견되어 배움의 기회가 되었다. 그동안 배운 지식을 활용하여 역량이 증진됨을 느꼈으며, 현장에서 수업할 때 교사의 역할도 중요함을 알게 되었다. 학생들이 제작한 교재교구를 활용하여 실제 유아들이 놀이하는 모습을 관찰하고 이를 보완하여 놀이중심 교재교구를 제작할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study explored the experiences that prechild teachers experienced while playing like infants by using the experience that appears in the process of producing teaching materials based on the Play-Oriented curriculum revised in 2019. As a result of the study, students learned the meaning of early childhood and play-oriented curriculum in the process of producing teaching materials, and the importance of cooperation. In addition, they feel more meaningful in the process of producing teaching materials than the results. Repeated trial and error gave them a sense of achievement and opportunity to solve the problem. The free and supportive atmosphere in class motivated students and gave them the pleasure of immersion. Students expanded to another play in the process of playing like infants with produced teaching aids, and they discovered problems with teaching aids in the process of playing, which became an opportunity to learn. Students felt that their competency was improved by using the knowledge they had learned so far, and they learned that the role of teachers was also important when teaching in the field. This study proposes to use the teaching materials produced by students to explore the actual appearance of infants playing and to supplement them to produce play-oriented teaching materials.
