대학의 성과관리에 대한 국내 학술연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

‘선(先) 재정지원, 후(後) 성과관리’라는 교육부의 대학평가 방향 전환에 따라 대학의 성과관리에 관한 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이 연구는 대학에서의 성과관리에 관한 국내 학술연구의 전반적인 동향을 분석하고 그중에서도 특히 교육성과관리에 관한 연구의 특징을 추가적으로 분석한 후 향후 연구를 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위하여 통합문헌조사방법을 활용하였다. 총 42편의 논문을 시기별, 연구방법별, 주제별로 분석하였고, 교육성과관리의 주요 연구대상과 주로 활용된 성과관리모형 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대학의 성과관리에 대한 국내 학술연구는 대학조직 차원의 성과관리에 관한 연구가 69%를 차지하였으나 2019년부터 교육성과관리에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 교육성과관리에 관한 연구들은 주로 비교과 프로그램의 성과관리 방안에 관한 연구가 진행된 것으로 확인된다. 이 외에도 분석된 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 향후 대학에서의 (교육)성과관리를 위한 성과관리체계 개발 및 영향요인, 효과분석을 위한 양적 연구 수행, 교과교육과정의 성과관리를 위한 맞춤형 성과관리모형 개발 등이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

As the direction of university evaluation changes to ‘first, financial support, and then performance management later’, the importance of university performance management is being emphasized more and more. The purpose of this study is to derive implications for future research by analyzing the overall trends of domestic academic research on performance management system in higher education and the main characteristics of research on educational performance management. An integrated literature review method was used. A total of 42 papers were analyzed by period, research method, and subject. In addition, the main research subjects of educational performance management and the mainly used performance management model were analyzed. Based on the results, it was suggested that the development of a performance management system for future educational performance management, conduct quantitative research for influencing factors and effect analysis, and development of a customized performance management model for curriculum performance evaluation of were suggested.
