교사학습공동체의 확산 속성에 대한 질적 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육개혁의 주체인 교사들이 교사학습공동체의 확산 속성을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 탐색하고 그 의미를 해석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 연구 방법으로 질적 메타분석을 활용하였 으며, Rogers의 확산이론을 분석들로 설정하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 상대적 이익 측면에서 교사의 전문성 신장, 높은 심리적 만족감, 제도적 이익 등이 나타났다. 둘째, 적합성 측면에서 직업적 소명의 식, 교육적 가치 추구, 소통을 통한 신뢰의 문화 등이 나타났다. 셋째, 복잡성 측면에서 오해와 갈등, 물리적·심리적 장벽 등이 나타났다. 넷째, 시험 가능성 측면에서 수용적인 분위기에서 시도하 기, 실천 가능한 구체적인 아이디어 등이 나타났다. 다섯째, 관찰 가능성 측면에서 직접 경험을 통한 성과 확인, 사례 공유를 통한 간접 경험 등이 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 교사학습공동체의 양적 확산뿐만 아니라 질적 확산에 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore and interpret the meaning of how teachers, who are the subjective existences of educational reform, perceive the attributes of the diffusion of the teacher learning community. Achieved through qualitative meta-analysis used as a research method, and Rogers’ diffusion theory employed as a theoretical framework. We find that the attributes of diffusion cover several aspects regarding teachers. First, in terms of relative advantage, it includes enhancing profession, satisfaction, and institutional benefit. Second, for compatibility, the attributes of diffusion show the sense of vocation, valuing education, and a culture of trust. Third, on the other hand, it includes misunderstandings, conflicts, and physical and psychological barriers related to the complexity. Fourth, with the trial-ability, diffusion attributes include trying in an accommodative atmosphere and a practical and specific idea. Finally, in terms of observable points, it includes checking performance through experiences, and indirect experience by sharing examples. The results of this study will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative spread of the teacher learning community.
