국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창의성에 관한 통합적 관점에서 성인 창의적 자기효능감 측정 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 선행연구 분석을 기반으로 하여‘창의적 자기효능감’의 개념을 정의하고 구성요인을 도출한 후 전문가에 의한 내용타당도를 확인하였다. 연구참여자는 성인 초기인 대학생 집단을 포함하여 성인 336명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 및 AMOS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계처리하였다. 표본의 적합성 여부는 KMO로 확인하였으며 Bartlett 구형성 검정을 실시 하였다. 탐색적 요인분석은 주축분해법 및 오블리민 회전으로 하였고 최대우도법으로 확인적 요인 분석을 하여 IFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA 등의 적합도 지수를 확인하였다. 구인타당도를 확인하기 위해 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 교차타당도를 검증하였다. 최종으로 확인된 성인 창의적 자기효능감 측정 도구는 창의적 능력 자기효능감과 창의적 태도 자기효능감의 2개 요인으로 구성된 10문항으로 전체 신되도는 Cronbach α .922였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 ‘성인 창의적 자기효능감’측정 도구는 신뢰 도와 타당도가 확인된 검사로서 창의적 인재 양성을 위한 기초 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study develops and validates the creative self-efficacy measuring tool for adults on the integrated perspective on creativity. Based on the analysis of previous studies, expert confirmed that ‘creative self-efficacy' was defined, the components were derived, and there is content validity. The study participants were 336 adults, including the college student group, who were in the early stages of adulthood. The data collected were statistically processed using SPSS WIN 25.0 and AMOS WIN 22.0 programs. KMO confirmed the suitability of the sample and conducted the Bartlett sphere formation test. The principal axis decomposition method and oblimin rotation exploratory factor analysis was performed, and confirmatory factor analysis by the maximum likelihood method to confirm the fitness indexes such as IFI, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA. Confirmation of construct validity was achieved through verifications of convergence-validity, discriminantvalidity, and cross-validity. The final tool for measuring ‘adult creative self-efficacy’ was ten items consisting of two factors: creative ability self-efficacy and creative attitude self-efficacy. The total reliability was Cronbach .922. The ‘adult creative self-efficacy' test developed in this study was a test that has been verified in reliability and validity and can work as a basic tool for cultivating creative talents.
