국문 초록

본 연구에서는 조절효과의 개념과 종류 그리고 검증방법에 대하여 선행연구와 문헌들을 고찰하였고,「외식경영연구」창간호부터 2021년 12월까지 게재된 조절효과를 검증한 논문들을 대상으로 조절효과 검증에 대한 연구 동향의 추세를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 조절효과를 검증한 전체 논문 중 약 54%가 최근 5년 동안 게재됨으로써 외식경영 연구자들의 조절효과에 대한 관심이 최근 들어 더 높아지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있고, 둘째, 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 통계방법으로는 주로 회귀분석이 사용되었지만 최근에는 구조방정식을 사용한 비중이 소폭 증가하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 주로 사용하는 조절변수의 형태는 연속형자료인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 조절효과 검증 연구를 진행하려는 외식경영 연구자들에게 기초정보를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있고, 외식경영 연구에서 조절효과 검증을 위한 가설설정의 이론적 기반을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

In this study, The concept and type and verification method of the moderating effect were considered in the previous researches and literatures, And among the papers published from the first issue of 「Journal of Foodservice Management」 to December 2021, analysis research trend of the papers that verified the moderating effect were examined. As a result of the study, first, about 54% of all papers that verified the moderating effect were published in the last 5 years, indicating that researchers studying foodservice management have recently been increasingly interested in the moderating effect. Second, regression analysis was mainly used as a statistical method to verify the moderating effect, but it can be seen that the ratio of using structural equations is slightly increasing recently. Third, the form of the mainly used moderating variable was found to be continuous data. Through the results of this research, it will be possible to provide a theoretical basis for hypothesis setting for the verification of moderating effect in foodservice management research.
