국문 초록

학교교육은 전체 사회의 지배적인 가치와 행위 유형들을 의도적으로전달해줌으로써 한 사회의 존속에 기여하는 사회화의 수단이다. 통일을대비하여 이러한 학교교육의 기본성격을 고려하여 남·북한 교원양성기관 통합을 모색함이 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 남·북한 교원양성기관의 특성을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 도출된모형을 인적자원관리 모형에 반영하였다. 이를 토대로, 공통 변인을 추출하여 지표를 재구성하여 산출하였다. 이러한 연구과정으로 얻은 연구결과는 첫째, 남·북한의 교원 양성제도는 형태적인 분류체제에서는 차이를 보이지만 교원을 양성하는 기본적인 관점에서는 공통적인 면을 보였다. 둘째, 교원 양성과정에서는 잠재적인 교원 적격자 선발과 일정한자격과 자격기준이 요구되는 점에서 공통적인 면을 보인다. 그리고 교원 교육과정 및 내용면에서는 상이한 차이를 보인다. 마지막으로 교원교육목적 및 목표는 국가에 공헌하는 측면에서는 공통점을 보이지만 북한인 경우 폐쇄적인 교육목적 및 목표를 갖추고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 그리고 이러한 연구결과에 대한 결론과 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Education in school is one of tools to contribute to making a society remained by intentionally providing dominant values and behavior types from the whole society. To prepare unification of North and South Korea, it is seriously needed to search an integration of teachers' training schools for these countries when we consider the specialty of school education. We have applied the model from the result of the features in these schools into the model for human resources. As a result, we could produce the index after abstracting the common factors. We have gotten the results from this study. First, the system training teachers from North and South Korea looks different in a structural system but has a common point in a basic point of training teachers. Second, it also has a point of sameness in selecting potential person and having the precondition to be a teacher. However, there is the difference between the process and content of education. Last, North Korea establishes the closed purpose of its education although the goal of education in these countries is same in making a contribution to their nations.
