허약노인의 라이프스타일에 대한 동향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 계량서지학적 접근법을 통해 허약노인의 라이프스타일에 대한 연구동향을 정량적⋅종합적으로 분석하고자하였다. Wed of Science 데이터베이스를 사용하였으며, 연도별 출판 논문 편수, 연구 분야 동향을 분석하였다. VOSviewer 소프트웨어(버전 1.6.17)을 활용하여 네트워크에 기반한 시각화 지도를 생성하고 학술지, 국가/지역, 기관, 키워드 및 군집 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 1992년부터 2021년까지 총 2,456개의 논문이 검색되었으며, 연도별 출판 논문의 수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구주제는노인병학 분야에서 가장 활발하게 진행되었으며, BMC Geriatrics이 가장 많은 논문을 게재하였다. 국가와 기관은 각각 미국과 피츠버그대학에서 활발한 연구가 진행되었다. 빈도를 기준으로 나타난 상위 5개 키워드는 건강(481회), 사망(438회), 노인(376회), 위험(312회), 성인(297회)이었으며, 총 5개의 군집으로 구분되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 허약노인 중재의 중요성에 대한 근거를 마련하고, 적절한연구 방향 및 중재를 계획하는데 도움이 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to quantitatively and comprehensively analyze the research trends on the lifestyle of the frail elderly through a bibliometric approach. The Web of Science database was used for analysis, and the number of published papers and research fields trends were analyzed by year. Visualization maps based on network data were created using VOSviewer software (version 1.6.17), and journal, country/region, institution, keyword, and cluster analysis were performed. A total of 2,456 papers were searched from 1992 to 2021. The number of published papers by year tended to increase, and the most active research was conducted on this research topic in the field of Geriatrics Gerontology. BMC Geriatrics published the most papers. State and institutions have conducted active research in the United States and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively. The top five keywords based on frequency were health (481 times), mortality (438 times), older-adults (376 times), risk (312 times), and adults (297 times), and were divided into a total of five clusters. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that it will provide a basis for the importance of intervention for the frail elderly and help plan appropriate research directions and interventions.
