블렌디드 러닝 기반의 교육 체제에 대비한 국악교육 연구의 발전적 방향 모색

국문 초록

미래사회의 교육 체제가 온･오프라인을 혼합한 블렌디드 러닝에 기반할 것으로 예상되는 가운데, 본 연구는 그 변화에 대처해 나가는 관점에서 블렌디드 러닝에 기반한 국악교육의 목표와 이에 수반되어야 할 연구 과제를 논의하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석을 통해 블렌디드 러닝에 대해 고찰하고, 교육부와 시도교육청의 정책 방향을 바탕으로 코로나19 시기에 초･중등 학교교육에 도입된 블렌디드 러닝의 적용 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 교육부 정책 및 문헌 분석, 빅카인즈(BIGKinds) 시스템 분석을 통해 교육의 패러다임을 파악하고, 이에 기초하여 블렌디드 러닝 체제에서의 국악교육의 목표와 연구 과제를 제안하였다. 그 결과 ‘블렌디드 러닝을 통한 국악 수업의 안정성 및 효과성 제고’, ‘블렌디드 러닝에 기반한 진로･적성 맞춤형 국악교육의 실현’의 두 가지 목표를 설정하였다. 이러한 목표를 구현하기 위해 ‘온･오프라인 연계 국악 수업을 위한 교육 방안 마련’, ‘효과적인 국악 수업을 위한 블렌디드 러닝용 콘텐츠 개발’, ‘국악 관련 선택과목의 블렌디드 러닝형 프로그램 개발 및 적용’, ‘블렌디드 러닝형 국악 관련 선택과목의 운영 실태 분석’ 연구가 수반되어야 함을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 국악교육의 실행 기반을 확장하기 위해 학교교육의 환경 변화와 교육 정책의 흐름을 수용하여 미래 지향적 연구를 제안한 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구에서 제안한 내용들이 중･장기적 관점에서 계속 연구되고 후속 연구 결과가 적층됨으로써 학교 현장의 국악교육이 활성화되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

As educational systems of future society are expected to be based on blended learning which mixes online and offline, this study aims to discuss the goals of Korean music education based on blended learning and study tasks to be accompanied, from a viewpoint of coping with the changes. To this end, it reviews the literature to understand blended learning, and examines the current situation of the application of blended learning introduced to elementary and secondary school education during the COVID-19 era based on policy directions of the Ministry of Education and its local offices. It also understands the educational paradigm by analyzing policies of the Ministry of Education, literature, and the BIGKinds system, and based on the paradigm, it proposes the goals and study tasks of Korean music education under the blended learning system. As a result, two goals have been established—‘enhancing the stability and effectiveness of Korean music education through blended learning’ and ‘realizing career and aptitude-customized Korean music education based on blended learning’. In order to realize such goals, it discusses the importance of studies on ‘the preparation of education plans for Korean music classes linking online and offline programs’, ‘the development of blended learning contents for efficient Korean music classes’, ‘the development and application of blended learning-type programs of optional subjects related to Korean music’, and ‘the analysis of the reality of operation of optional subjects related to blended learning-type Korean music’. This study is significant in that it proposes future-oriented studies by accepting the change in school education environment and the flow of educational policies, in order to expand the foundation of Korean traditional music education in the post-Corona era. Hopefully, the contents proposed by this paper will be studied in the middle-and long-term perspectives and the results of follow-up studies will be laminated, activating the Korean music education at schools.
