인간소외를 주제로 한 도자표현 연구

국문 초록

고도로 발달한 현대산업사회는 집단의 평준화된 시스템을 통해 구성원들을 통제한다. 사회적 환경의 변화는 인간의 고유한 본성을 자극해 내면의 혼란을 초래하고 결국에는 심리적 병증을 유발하는 사회병리현상의 원인으로 나타난다. 따라서 자본주의로 인한 계층 간의 갈등과 집단의식으로 점철된 현대인들의 내면의 문제를 살펴봄으 로써 심리적 반응으로 나타나는 신체적 변화를 조형화시켜 도자 형상으로 표현하는데 의미를 둔다. 본 연구는 인간소외를 주제로 한 두 작가의 사례를 중심으로 주변 환경의 영향으로 촉발된 내면의 심 리를 통해 나타난 작가의 표현 방식을 비교 분석함으로써 연구자의 접근방식에 대해 알아본다. 에드워드 호퍼(Edward Hopper, 1882-1967)는 현대문명에서 소외된 고독하고 텅 빈 건물과 마주한 현 대인들의 초상을 그려냈고, 알베르토 자코메티(Alberto Giacometti, 1901-1966)의 사례에서는 전쟁과 공포 로 인한 인간 내면의 모습을 현실에서 공간으로 확장시킨 형상에 대해 분석한다. 특히, 연구자 작품의 특징을 데포르메(Deformer)기법으로 왜곡된 형상으로 설명하고 연구 작품 <귀 로>, <몸살>, <일탈>등의 순으로 작품의 형성 배경을 설명한다. 개인적인 내면의 갈등으로 인한 심리적 묘사는 작가로 하여금 공허함과 왜곡된 형상의 표현을 통해 이미지 재창출의 단초를 제공했음을 작가 사례에서 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

A highly developed modern industrial society controls members through the standardized system. The change in social environment is caused by a social pathological phenomenon that stimulates the inherent nature of human beings and eventually causes psychological diseases. Therefore, by examining the inner problems of the modern people, who have been driven by capitalism and collective consciousness, they can formulate physical changes that appear as psychological anti-conformity. The study focuses on how the authors approach the authorʹs expression by comparing the expression of the authors expression to the effect of the environment. Edward Hopper (1882-1967) painted the superficial portrait of modern people confronted with a lonely and empty building in modern, Alberto Giacometti (1901-1966) in the case of the example of the human inner image of the war and fear extends from reality to space. In particular, it describes the characteristics of study as distorted in deformerʹs technique, and background of the formation of the work is described in the order of , , of the study work. It can be seen from the artistʹs case that the psychological portrayal resulting from the personal inner conflict provided the clue to the re-creation of the image through the expression of emptiness and distorted images.
