국내 장애도예 연구 동향과 효과 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애도예관련 국내 논문을 분석하여 장애유형별 도예활동의 구체적 효과를 알아보았다. 연구의 방법으로는 장애도예관련 47편 논문을 고찰하여 각 연구의 제목, 연구자, 연구대상, 총 회기 수, 활동, 기법, 효과로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신장애대상의 도예활동은 어휘력, 교우관계, 사회적응력, 의사표현능력, 자존감, 대인관계, 집중력, 소근육 운동, 정서적 안정감, 자기효능감, 주제표현과 창의성이 향상되었으며, 수업참여태도, 자아편념에 따른 자기표현, 여가생활 발달, 직업적 기능, 직업 생활 태도, 편인 및 사회적 책임 영역, 사물에 대한 관찰력이나 표현력 신장, 신체협응 능력, 동작수행능력에 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 또한 주의집중력 결핍, 우울, 불안, 공격성, 충동성이 감소되는 효과가 있다. 둘째, 자폐대상의 논문을 통해 도예활동이 부모와 다른 어른들과의 관계, 주의집중력, 언어적 표현을 통한 요구하기 행동, 학습준비기능이 향상되었고, 부적응행동 감소 및 소거에 효과적으로 작용하였다. 특히 자폐성 아동의 대상관계에 매우 효과적이었다. 또한 자기주장 증가, 자기통제 빈도 증가, 협력기능, ‘관심갖기’ 행동,‘신체 접촉하기’ 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 적극적으로 참여하려는 의지 유도, 자신의 문제행동 인식, 연구자와의 신뢰적 관계, 긍정적인 대인관계 및 사회성, 지적에 반응, 타인과의 신뢰가 형성되는 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 지적장애 대상의 도예활동은 작업능률과 작업 기술에 영향을 주며, 주의 집중력, 자아존중감, 다양한 작품 제작력, 기법 활용력, 공동작업으로 협동과 협업을 배워 사회성이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 넷째, 발달장애 대상 논문에서 도예활동을 통해 과제수행행동 증가, 과제성취도 증가, 과제수행행동 증가, 과제성취도증가, 자발발화빈도 향상, 자발 발화의 평균길이 향상, 발달장애아동의 어휘 획득, 발달장애아동의 의미이해, 작업기능 향상, 심리기능향상, 문제행동 감소에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 그 외 ADHD대상의 경우 부주의, 충동성, 공격성, 주의력결핍, 과잉행동수준이 감소 되었고, 교사에 대한 친밀성과 신뢰도, 자리이탈 행동, 주의산만 행동, 충동성의 반응 시간을 증가시키는데 효과적이다. 일반적인 특수학급 아동에게 아동의 분리 불안행동의 변화 과정에 미치는 효과가 있고, 아동의 애착 관계 편선에도 효과가 있고, 청각장애 학생들에게는 산만한 분위기 감소, 집중력과 학습에 대한 의욕 향상, 대인관계 기술에서도 자신을 적극적 표현, 자신의 의사를 표현하는 횟수 증가, 부정적인 언어표현 감소, 다른 사람의 작업을 적극적으로 협조하고 이끌어주는 리더십 형성 등의 효과를 보였으며, 근위축증 학생들에게는 소근육 운동의 정교성 향상, 지각운동 향상, 쓰기능력 향상의 효과가 있었다. 뇌성마비 고등학생의 자기효능감, 의사소통 능력, 대인관계 친화력, 자기관리 능력이 향상 되었으며, 시각장애인들에게는 자아편념, 사회성과 적응능력, 미술표현력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을, 학교생활 적응 능력 향상과 미술의 이해도 증가, 손근육 발달, 심리적 안정감 등의 효과를 보인다. 이와 같은 분석 결과는 도예가의 입장에서 장애도예연구를 처음으로 분석하였고, 도예활동이 장애인에게 효과 있는 매체임을 확신하고 도예가의 활동영역확산의 의미가 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the domestic paper-related disorders pottery evaluate the specific effects of each type of disability pottery activities. How the study was to investigate the pottery-related disorders 47 papers were analyzed by subject, researchers, destination, total number of sessions, activities, techniques, and effects of each study. The results were as follows. First, pottery activity of mental disorders target vocabulary, companionship, social adaptability, speech skills, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, concentration, fine motor, emotional stability, self-efficacy, subjects were improved expression and creativity, class participation attitude, ego in accordance with the concept of self-expression, it showed a positive effect on the development of leisure activities, occupational functioning, attitude, professional life, personal and social responsibilities, powers of observation and expression kidney, physical coordination, ability to perform operations on objects. There is also a careful attention deficit, depression, anxiety, aggression, impulsivity effect is reduced. Second, pottery activity has improved relationships with parents and other adults, concentration, attention, verbal request to act, academic preparation function through representation, and work effectively in reducing maladaptive behavior through the study of autism and erase the target. It was very effective, especially in relation to the target autistic children. In addition, increased assertiveness, had had a positive effect on self-control frequency increases, collaboration capabilities, liked to have action to contact the body actions, actively rely induction, his behavior problems recognized to participate, confidence and researchers relationship, positive interpersonal and social reaction to the point, it was found that the effect of forming the confidence with others. Third, the activities of the pottery intellectual disabilities destination affects the ergonomics and job skills, attention, there are self-esteem, various works ability, ability to use techniques, there is a collaborative effect of improving the social and collaborative learning partner. Fourth, the increasing development task to be carried out through the pottery activity in disorders target papers actions, tasks achievement increases, increase task performance behavior problems achievement increased, spontaneous utterance frequency enhancement, the average length enhancement of spontaneous utterance, developmental disabilities vocabulary acquisition in children, developmental disabilities children s understanding of the meaning, job enhancement, it can be seen that there is a psychological effect on the enhancement, reduced behavior problems. Fifth, the other is effective if the ADHD subject inattention, impulsivity, aggression, attention deficit, hyperactivity levels were reduced, familiarity and reliability of the teacher-digit departure behavior, distraction behavior, to increase impulsivity reaction time. And is a common special classes for children effects on the child s separation anxiety behavior change process, it is effective in improving attachment relationships of children, deaf students erratic mood decline, real improvements for concentration and learning, and even interpersonal skills actively express themselves, many times to express their doctors increases, the negative wording loss, showed the effectiveness of the leadership formation to cooperate with and lead the work of others, students sophistication enhancement of fine motor muscular dystrophy, earth movement increase, had the effect of improving writing. Efficacy of cerebral palsy in high school, communication skills, interpersonal affinity, improved self-management skills, visual disabilities who self-concept, social and adaptive skills, art a positive impact on improving expressiveness, school life adjustment skills and art the likely effects such as increased hand muscle development,
