소석회(消石灰)와 투명유를 이용한 초등도예수업 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 미술교육현장에서의 초등도예수업 재료개발에 관한 연구이다. 초등학교의 과학수업에서 화학(化學) 실험용으로 사용되는 석회(石灰)를 활용한 도자기의 재료용 유약 개발 실험이다. 연구 결과는 몇 가지 화학 반응을 시도하고 초등학교에서 도자기 수업의 활성화에 기여하려고합니다. 이를 위해 회청색이 바탕이 되는 분청토(粉靑土)와 한국에서 주로 생산하는 석회를 이용하여 실험하였다. 석회(石灰)는 부천의 한일화학의 석회와 울산삼광석회를 각각 1g, 2g씩을 배합하고 석회백색을 분말로 갈아 투명유약과 섞어 어떠한 유약장식효과를 가져오는지 초등도예 수업시간을 통해 실험하였다. 또한 석회와 섞인 투명유위에 초가 탈 때에 녹아서 흐르는 기름인 촛농을 학생들 나름대로 떨어뜨려 다양한 분할 효과를 보고자 하였다. 진흙과 모래, 석회 따위를 버무려서 높은 온도에서 구워서 보통 벽돌을 만들어내듯이 학생들이 자연과학시간에 활용하는 석회에 관심을 가지고 투명유약과 버무려 또 다른 장식효과를 바라고자 실험하였다. 초등도예수업 개발 실험에는 2013년도와 2014년 수업에 참여한 광주교대 2학년 350여명과 광주교대 물레동아리 학생들을 중심으로 연구하였다. 이 연구는 초등도예 수업의 흥미개발과 장식개발에 의의를 둔다. 연구결과 백색 석회의 양에 따라서 투명유약과 엉켜 조합되고 소성되면서 불규칙한 장식효과를 가져줌을 찾을 수 있었다. 본 초등학교의 도예 유약실험 수업개발로 아이들에게 도자기의 특성과 이해도를 높일 수 있다. 또한 개선된 도예수업 자료개발과 창의성 향상에 기여하였다.

영문 초록

This study is the study of elementary school art pottery class material development in the education field. Will be developed of experimental glazes for ceramic materials using a chemical lime used for experiments in science class in primary school. Research results have to try that some chemical reactions, and try to contribute to the activation of pottery classes in elementary school. The Bun Chung clay(粉靑土) which Grayish blue buncheong is the basis for and lime(石灰) that mainly produced in Korea. were used and tesred. Lime is experimenting with Bucheon Hanil Chemical Lime and Ulsan Samkwang lime 1g, 2g and come get the combination ssikeul transparent glaze mixed with some white lime glaze decoration effect change in ceramics powder through the elementary classroom was. Also students dropped its own oil on the transparent oil(透明釉) mixed with lime and had the effect of various segmentation. Like making bricks thar mixed mud and sand, lime and baked at high temperatures, we studied this experiment with lime that students usually interested in and mixed with transparent oil to get another decorative effect. Around 350 Gwangju National University of Education students participated in class at 2013,2014 and Gwangju National University of Educatio s Mullae ciub students studied ceramic art at elementary schools development experiment. This study aims to develop an interesting and decorative pottery developed in elementary classes. We found that according white lime’s quantity transparent oil tangled with white lime and brought irregular decorative effect. This study can enhance the character and understanding to children in elementary porcelain pottery lesson development. Also contributed to the improved ceramics class materials development and creativity.
