국문 초록

본 연구는 호텔 조리종사자들의 성격특성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향이 미치는 가를 분석한다. 또한 직무만족과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향이 미치는 가를 분석하고, 성격특성과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절된 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산지역 호텔에 근무하는 호텔 조리종사원을 대상으로 설문를 실시하여 총255부의 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 성격특성 요인중 친화성과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 성격특성 요인중 개방성과 조직몰입 요인중 규범몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 직무만족과 조직몰입(정서몰입, 규범몰입)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 성별은 성격특성 요인중 친화성과 직무만족에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 그 중에서 친화성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향력은 남성보다 여성이 큰 것으로 조사되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes how the personality characteristics of hotel cooks affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, it was intended to analyze how it affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to verify the controlled moderating effect of gender in the relationship between personality characteristics and job satisfaction. To this end, a total of 255 samples were used for analysis by conducting a survey of hotel cooks working at hotels in Busan. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that among the factors of personality characteristics, affinity and job satisfaction were affected. Second, it was confirmed that among the factors of personality characteristics, openness and organizational commitment factors influenced normative commitment. Third, it was confirmed that it affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment (emotional commitment, normative commitment). Fourth, it was verified that gender has a moderating effect in affinity and job satisfaction among the factors of personality characteristics. Among them, it was found that the influence of affinity on job satisfaction was greater in women than in men.
