국문 초록

이 연구는 모더니즘 시각의 대안적 방안으로 인식되고 있는 홀리스틱 교육이 강조하는 ‘관계’를 핵심으로 아버지와 자녀의 관계를 근간으로 교육적 접근을 시도하는 목적이 있다. 조화로운 인간사회 회복과 타인에 대한 이해와 배려의 초석이 되는 유아의 ‘공감능력’ 향상 교육을 위해 생태학적 접근으로 미시적 영역에서 영향을 줄 수 있는 아버지의 공감능력과 아버지의 의사소통 유형이 유아의 공감능력과의 관계를 규명하고, 유아의 공감능력을 향상시키기 위한 변인으로 아버지의 어떠한 의사소통 유형이 효과가 있는지 매개검증을 시도하였다. 그 결과 아버지의 공감능력과 의사소통유형은 유아의 공감능력과 상관이 있음이 규명되었고, 유아의 전인적 발달을 위한 가장 본질적인 1차적 양육의 책임은 가정에 있음을 주장하는 의견에 힘을 실어준다. 이에 영유아의 전인적 발달의 책임이 어린이집, 유치원과 같은 사회적 기관으로 치우쳐 있는 현대사회에서 아버지의 역할과 아버지 교육의 중요성을 강조하며 아버지의 공감능력 향상교육 및 자녀와의 바른 의사소통 방법과 관련한 자녀양육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to attempt an educational approach based on the relationship between father and child, focusing on the relationship emphasized by holistic education, which is recognized as an alternative method of modernism perspective. In order to educate young children to improve their empathy ability , which is the cornerstone of restoring a harmonious human society and understanding and caring for others, the type of communication of the father and the empathy of the father that can influence in the microscopic domain through an ecological approach The relationship between the child s empathy ability was investigated, and a mediated test was attempted to determine which communication type of the father was effective as a variable to improve the child s empathy ability. As a result, it was found that the father s empathy ability and communication style are correlated with the child s empathy ability, and it gives strength to the opinion that asserts that the family is the most essential primary parenting responsibility for the child s holistic development. Therefore, in a modern society where the responsibility for the whole person development of infants and toddlers is socially skewed, such as in child care centers, the role of fathers and the importance of fathers education are emphasized, and the development of child rearing programs related to education to improve fathers empathy skills and proper communication methods with children.
